Remember, dance is both a journey than a destination. What matters is how it feels, the people you meet, and whether or not you are growing through it. It’s all about consistency.

We wanted to jump on this trend to remind you of the beauty of dance and mindset!

SWITCHING IT UP ✨. “Dual Drop-in”: Meaning one choreo in the span of two classes out of the four. So, the whole month would be two choreos. With super raw videos at the end because why not 😌💃🏽

Again, TOO many good Latin songs and artists (think Rels B, Trueno, Milo J, Latin Mafia, Dariel Amant, etc.) that don’t fall into the reggaeton category. So i want to switch it up 💃🏽

📅 Starts October 12

⏰ 1.5 hours

❗️Intermediate; however, if you’re curious about level placement for yourself, feel free to DM me!

✨$80 per dual drop-in / $150 whole month

IT’S SIMPLE: There are SO many good Latin songs and artists (think Rels B, Trueno, Milo J, Latin Mafia, Dariel Amant, etc.) that don’t fall into the reggaeton category that I’ve been wanting to choreograph to. So, this mini progressive is for exactly that.

More Latino Urbano, meaning more toward the hip-hop/street “fusion” side of things 👀

Short, sweet, and expansive.

📅 4 dates, October 12 to November 2

⏰ 1.5 hours

Choreo focus, but of course, knowing me, I’ll always add a little technique and drilling to make sure you’re always growing as a dancer.

❗️Intermediate; however, if you’re curious about level placement for yourself, feel free to DM me!

Easy, mami. Cojelo suave. Aprende el baile. Keep up with me. 🎶🥀

This was the last project we worked on, and they really showed up for it. They worked HARD on the choreo, put in extra external practices, and brought all the attitude and spice to filming day.

This crew honestly made filming day so smooth because of their commitment to being ready behind the scenes. The preparation, the energy, the dedication… it all showed. 🔥

PS. According to one of the dancers, Kelly, this captures the singer’s vibe perfectly, so y’know… they killed it. 🤪❤️‍🔥

➡️THEY DESERVE SO MUCH LOVE, so you know what to do!! ✨🔂💬

Beyond proud of our Beyond Dance Crew. ❤️‍🔥

The program to take your Latin dancing to the next level. The two main styles that Efecto has always navigated in: 1 hour of reggaeton & 1 hour of salsa. A space where you’ll learn the basics of each style while working on a choreo, with the goal of filming at the end of the program.

We’re keeping this open level, with an emphasis on foundations, so that beginners can really get started in these two genres.

The 2026 crew brought some fuego for their season final performance at @sundayafternoonsalsabachata 🔥! So much fun performing again at Robson this year but now as the Beyond Dance Crew ✨

➡️ REMINDER, the best way to support the hard work of these dancers is by SHARING & COMMENTING 😍

BIO (get to know us 👀):
“Efecto has delivered electrifying Latin urban fusion performances here for the past two years. This time, they’re introducing Beyond Dance By Efecto, their intermediate training group, who develop their skills through group choreography, solo freestyle, and movement exploration, with a self-development approach that nurtures the human as much as the dancer. True to Efecto’s spirit, get ready for a high-energy Latin urban fusion performance!”

❤️‍🔥 THANK YOU SO MUCH to @bazadancestudios & Robson organizing team for having us! ❤️‍🔥 by @efectodanceco_

MEET THE 2026 CREW! 😍 I am beyond thankful for the 5 months spent with these humans!

We’ve got to explore dance but also develop ourselves! We did journaling, freestyle, movement exploration, mobility & workouts. We cried, we laughed and most importantly we connected, learned and grew together! Me as much as them.

Thank you for joining me in this first season of Beyond Dance. Beyond grateful to see y’all grow ❤️‍🔥

Gracias Gracias Gracias!!
- Nina

PS. Missing @karen.meneses01 & @azalea.kimmm who were still a big part of the program and I hold just as much gratitude for 😍🙏🏽 by @efectodanceco_

We had the pleasure of having @youneyterefe come teach us Afrohouse.

The crew was impressed—and definitely challenged! We loved the connection Youni brought into the space, once again solidifying our focus on connection and feeling over performance.

Thank you, Youney, for your energy! ❤️‍🔥 by @efectodanceco_
