One of those weddings that just felt so timeless. 🤍

The most gorgeous bride, all-white bridesmaid dresses (which I will forever be a fan of), and a ceremony we were determined to keep outside.

We waited out the thunderstorm, crossed our fingers, and ended up with a double rainbow as our reward. Pretty hard to beat that.

I've been thinking a lot about my childhood lately. About my earliest memories of flower picking. I remember feeling like the act of picking flowers was meant to be kept secret, in preparation of a special surprise. My sister (@whatdidyoudotoday2020) and I would fill small paper Dixie cups from the plastic dispenser from the downstairs bathroom or in shot glasses from the cabinet too high to reach safely with little wild blue bells from our neighbors yard every spring. If I ever get married again (renew my vows), I will make my bouquet entirely of wild little blue bells in honor of that innocent love and style messaging...

Making the bouquets for Isabelle and John's wedding this summer reminded me of this time in my life. They were married at Isabelle's family home (built and designed by her grandfather). Meeting them there with @events_by_sorrell and hearing their family stories brought me back to this memory and has had me thinking about what matters most when starting a life together ever since...

Thank you to all the incredible vendors that worked on this wedding. Thank you to my team who do everything I ask with never enough time to do it all in but you do. We are traveling for a wedding this week so our Littleton studio will be closed for local deliveries through 8/2. Some weddings require us to pull out all the stops to make our clients dreams come true. Yesterday we packed up our vans and headed out of town to setup our remote studio from a beautiful airbnb in Keene, NH. This incredible wedding photographed by @mary.dougherty and perfectly planned by @marythorntonevents kicked off our season last May. There is nothing better than flowers at the peak of their season like the fluffy white peonies and perfect poppies we used here. We've got some incredible blooms coming for this weekends wedding. Any guesses what we'll be working with? by @ehfloral

What looks effortless on a private estate rarely is. Behind a clear top tent like this one - globe pendants through a greenery canopy, sheer draping catching the afternoon light, the treeline visible on every side - is a full production build on a property that didn't have any of the infrastructure when the creative team arrived.

That's the part guests never see. The power distribution, the rigging, the logistics of getting a fully designed event space onto a private property and back off it without a trace. It's some of the most complex work we do, and when it's done right, it's completely invisible.

What's left is the beautiful event space. And it only exists because of the full team that built it - @landfalldesigns holding the vision together from the first site visit, @ehfloral whose greenery and florals shaped the entire design language, and every vendor working in concert toward the same result. Private estate weddings are a collaboration in the truest sense. The tent from @rainorshinevt just happens to be where the vision all comes together.

Set against the White Mountains, K & T’s day was refined, romantic, elegant and unforgettable. We trusted the vision, kept the ceremony outside despite the forecast, and ended the day with a double rainbow.

Some places never stop feeling like magic. This one is especially close to my heart—I was married here over seven years ago. 💗

Floral pocket squares have been a popular alternative to the boutonniere this season. We've found a cute way to make them so easy to slide into any suit or jacket pocket. These are so fun to make and to see on the attendants.
