I’m really happy to finally share my Kickstarter with you today. You can find the link in my bio.

I made a book together with @eigensinnpublishing , and I’m very happy to finally share it.
Thank you to everyone who helped make it happen, and to everyone who has spent this time with me and still does. We need 7000 Euros..

On the Kickstarter page, you can find all the information about the project:

With the money we collected from selling beer, we rented a Miles and drove to the hardware store to buy a few hundred euros’ worth of concrete. We got debris from everywhere; Chris’s mother still had some in her garden. The rest consists of beer cans and trash.
We build these places even though it is clear that they will be torn down again. This city is not for the people who live in it, but for profit and a polished image. So what is really left, if not taking back the city you live in?
We do it with concrete, in places where rats live and there is enough trash to fill ramps. Places that have somehow been forgotten, creating space for something to emerge from the dirt.

Since 2023, I have been photographing my friends building these ramps.

The video is made from collected footage, and the song is by the band Abstand. by @eigensinnpublishing

Jules new book Find me near the chestnut trees is officially out:)) You can get it on her website @jule.wild ❤️

Since the beginning of the full-scale invasion, Jule has been photographing her Ukrainian friends everyday life, their new reality in the face of war.
She wanted to capture their strength and their resilience. The way they build new routines, recovered and took back a sense of “normality“, the way they created moments of happiness and love in the midst of all the madness and violence.

In a way this is a sequel to her previous book „It was snowing outside“, 2021, following some of the same protagonists. The book is completed by personal texts and notes contributed by the protagonists Anastasiia Kaminska, Oleksii Stislavsky and Vitalii Matukhno. Thank you for trusting us with these vulnerable, sometimes brutally honest and open texts. by @eigensinnpublishing

From our new book by Aslı Özçelik – Sıhhatler Olsun <3

“I started taking the first pictures for this project in March 2020, when my mother had to move out of our old apartment and stayed with me at my flat for about a month. It was quite an intense and challenging period for both of us, but we also got closer than ever and for me, it was a huge turning point in our relationship.” by @eigensinnpublishing
