6 days of fishing for sea bass. 5 fish in the net. 10-12 hour shifts. Biggest fish 2.2 kg. Nice to see a few schoolies. Fewer fish in these areas than normal.

4 days of fishing for sea bass. 5 fish in the net! 10 hour shifts! Biggest fish 3.6 kg, a new PB for me. Hard work, pays off in the end.

Hover Shrimp size 6. Tied on the all mighty Mustad C70 SAP. Here in a mix of dark olive and natural seals fur. Unweighted.

New flies are appearing in my fly-box. The brackish, murky water is somehow forcing me to think differently regarding flies. I’m loosing faith in my trusty old fish catching patterns. I kind of like it. It allows me to be more creative behind the vise. They work great. Caught allot of fish on one of them last weekend. I just love fly tying. From now on I will be using this hook for Vaskebjørn. I tested them out in 2025. I simply love and trust them. These hooks are razor sharp and hold fish well. With a small barb, the hook is easy to get out and it also looks dam good!
