I asked some of our Ironclad Crew one simple question:

“Why do you love CrossFit so much?” 💭

The answers were different, but the themes were pretty clear.

🤝🏼 Being surrounded by people who actually want to see you succeed

Because @crossfit is about so much more than the workout.

It’s about finding out what you’re capable of. It’s doing hard things alongside good people. It’s laughing, struggling, learning, getting stronger and coming back to do it all over again.

And somehow, somewhere along the way, you start becoming a stronger version of yourself — inside AND outside the gym.

This weekend, a crew from Ironclad CrossFit traded barbells for a lot of sand and took on the Absolute Beach Race @absolute_mountain_racing in Virginia Beach 🏖️💪🏼

THIS is why we train.

CrossFit isn't just about being good at workouts IN the gym. It's about building a body and mind that allow you to say YES to things OUTSIDE of it.
