Today I was finally able to get out of the house for a little bit. With the assistance of my walking stick, we were able to walk slow and sit to take breaks in Newburyport by the ocean. I am still navigating really scary symptoms, but doing my best. ❤️@ekg0314

Happy Birthday to @positivitypotsedsmcas . This photo from 2018 popped up this morning as a memory of simpler times when the biggest worry was that it was cloudy all week during our beach trip to Ft. Lauderdale. FFWD 7 years - and life has challenged Angela with all different sorts of health issues. I love to make her smile and laugh during the challenging times. She remains resilient and positive and a source of knowledge and hope for other people battling chronic illness. A simple birthday wish "I just want to feel normal - is that too much to ask?!"
