Welcome! I'm so glad you're here. ❤️ Whether we've known each other for years or you're just finding me, I thought I'd share a little about who I am beyond the real estate signs and sold posts.

I'm Beth, a local Jersey girl born and raised, proud to call Monmouth County home, and a Realtor with Weichert Realtors in Rumson. I'm a mom of two amazing daughters, and I truly believe relationships will always matter more than transactions.

When I'm not helping clients buy or sell homes, you'll find me at the beach, hunting for seashells, chasing sunsets, exploring local spots, or spending time with family and friends. The beach is my happy place, and over the years I've turned one of my favorite hobbies into creating seashell art inspired by The Shore. 🌊

I'm passionate about bringing people together and love hosting local networking and community events that connect Realtors, small businesses, investors, and local professionals. I believe strong communities are built through meaningful relationships.

I'm a big believer in kindness, loyalty, personal growth, and surrounding yourself with people who bring out the best in you.

Being a mom is my greatest accomplishment. My girls are my biggest motivation, and everything I do is with them in mind.

Real estate isn't just my career, it's something I'm genuinely passionate about. Whether I'm helping someone buy their first home, sell a place filled with memories, or invest in their future, I understand that every move is personal. My goal is to make the process as smooth, honest, and enjoyable as possible while always putting my clients first.

Grateful for this simple Thursday. Its been non stop for soooooo long. Happy to have a day to move a little slower. Sunrise, a good full body stretch & workout, coffee with a friend, a little work and open house prep for this weekend, a small food stop, silly Binx, and a Halloween movie night. Uhg, sooo blessed to have great days like today 🫶 Hanging with my beautiful babies tonight. Kinda cool they like to hangout with me. They're my favorite people in the whole world! Guys… ENOUGH!

REALTORS, small businesses, designers, contractors, inspectors, even artists! I cannot take it anymore!

I get using AI as a tool. But these graphics? The obvious AI slop flooding everyone’s feeds? It looks cheap, unprofessional, and honestly, just plain lazy. Your business deserves better. YOU deserve better. If I see it on my feed, I’m unfollowing. And if you’re putting out AI generated graphics to represent your business, I’m probably not going to be recommending you to anyone, either.

Support a local marketer. Hire a designer. Learn Canva. Hell, I’d rather see a hand-drawn flyer you made yourself than another AI generated image!

We have talented people right here in our own community who deserve our business. USE THEM.

Please represent yourself and your business better. You have more creativity, talent, and personality than a computer-generated image can show.

Consider this your warning..

AI is a tool. It is not a replacement for creativity, effort, or supporting the people in your own community.
