TEAMWORK REALLY DOES MAKE THE DREAM WORK!

Today was a GREAT day! ☀️
About a dozen people showed up, and together we collected MORE THAN 20 contractor bags of garbage! We had kids, families, old friends, new friends, and people who showed up simply because they care. We met new people, shared some laughs, took in the view of New York City, and left our little corner of the world better than we found it. 🩵

A HUGE THANK YOU to everyone who came out today! Whether you brought your kids, your friends, or just yourself, you made a difference. Every bag collected matters, every set of hands helps, and every person who cares makes this community stronger. I'm so grateful for every single one of you who showed up to help!

A SPECIAL THANK YOU TO HILLARY AND HER FAMILY! @hillaryherzig
Hillary, thank you for bringing your family out and spending part of your day helping us take care of our community! I'm so grateful you all showed up and got your hands dirty alongside everyone else. It means so much to see people come together for something that matters. 🙌🌊
Hillary is also running for Congress, so give her a follow and take a look at her page to learn more about who she is and what she stands for!

🧢 AND A SHOUTOUT TO TEAM SLAPP! 🐆 @teamslapp
Team Slapp reached out to me wanting to collaborate, and I LOVE what they represent: positivity and gratitude. What better way to show off their hat than at a beach cleanup?!
It kept the sun out of my face, my hair out of the way, AND had me looking like a straight-up Jersey girl with my leopard print! Thank you, Team Slapp!

I love connecting with people and brands that spread good vibes and encourage people to show up with a little more positivity and gratitude.

WE'RE NOT DONE YET! 👀
There is still SO much garbage that needs to be removed from this area. Today was just the beginning, and this was the first of MANY cleanups we're planning for this space.
So stay tuned, give me a follow, and spread the word! If you'd like to volunteer, have ideas, or know of another area that needs some love, please reach out.

With Beth, it's a Shore thing! 🌊✌️

Every step brings hope. 🎀🩷

We are getting SO excited for our Beach Walk for Hope this Thursday, October 1st, benefiting @moveoverbreastcancer — and we would love for our community to join us.

If you don’t know Paula Flory and the incredible work she does, you should. 🩷 Through Move Over Breast Cancer, Paula brings her beautiful Mobile Resource Lounge & Salon throughout New Jersey, providing support, resources, comfort and care to women navigating their personal breast cancer journeys.

This Thursday, we’re coming together to support that mission.

🎀 Thursday, October 1st | 10 AM–1 PM
📍 @soulwellcafe | Asbury Park
🎟 Tickets: $33

We’ll gather at SOULwell for a morning of community, wellness, connection and giving back, walk the Asbury Park boardwalk together, experience the Move Over Breast Cancer Mobile Resource Lounge & Salon, and enjoy our basket auction and raffle prizes.

And EVERYONE is welcome — women, men, friends, family and anyone who simply wants to walk beside this incredible cause. 🫶

We are beyond grateful for the businesses and individuals who have stepped up to support this day:

🎀 @cmximedbar
🎀 @stinadoesit
🎀 Sandra Valencia Luxury Real Estate @sandrasoldit_realtor

🎀 The Lakespire Group of Raymond James @joemarinacciofa

And a very special thank you to @maddyskindnessco for creating beautiful bracelets to support this cause. You are truly an inspiration. 🫶🎀

We are also incredibly grateful for every gift certificate, raffle basket, donation and contribution that continues to come in. Every single one helps us give more back to Move Over Breast Cancer.

There’s still time to join us, donate a raffle or basket item, or support the event. 🩷

🎟 Register through the link in our bio.

Come walk with us. Come support Paula. Come support the women who need to know they are surrounded by a community walking right beside them.

Together, every step brings hope. 🎀

WHAT. A. DAY! 🥹🏡❤️

My mom and Rick just CLOSED on their new home! 🙌 And honestly, I cannot put into words how friggin’ happy I am for them!

Mom & Rick, I love you both so much. Congratulations on your new home and this exciting new chapter! ❤️ There is nothing better than watching the people you love turn a dream into their new reality. 🏡✨

Now, with that said… as I always say, purchasing a home is one hell of a ride!

Luckily, I had my amazing team beside me every step of the way. We rolled up our sleeves, figured it out, fought through the bumps, and GOT. IT. DONE. Just like we always do. 😏💪

Avery, you are one kick ass lender! From the late night calls and texts to our “ok, how the heck are we going to make this work?” brainstorming sessions … I appreciate you and all you do! The magic you somehow conjure to get us to the closing table never ceases to amaze me. Thank you for always showing up, thinking outside the box, and doing what you do!

Andy Krantz & Team, Mike McAndrews, Lynzie RMS Title & Team, THANK YOU for all of your hard work behind the scenes to get this across the finish line. We couldn’t have done it without you! 🙌

This is exactly why I LOVE what I do. It’s not just about buying and selling houses. It’s about people, big life moments, unexpected challenges, and having the right people beside you when it matters most.

Today, we celebrate! 🏡❤️

Congratulations, Mom & Rick! Welcome HOME! 🎉

Another great evening with Monmouth County All Things Real Estate!

A huge thank you to our hosts, Avery and Beth, for putting together another incredible networking event, and to our sponsors, Mike, Lynzie, and Joey, for helping make it all possible.

Even though the weather wasn’t exactly on our side, we still had an amazing evening on the water at @pgwaterfrontdining . It was great seeing so many familiar faces, making new connections, and continuing to grow such an awesome community.

Looking forward to seeing everyone at the next one!

Three very different transactions. One common goal: finding the right financing solution and getting the deal across the finish line.

Purchase closed with just 5% down in a highly competitive market, securing the home despite competing offers nearly $125,000 over asking.

A $450,000 home purchase utilizing 100% financing and seller credits. The buyers brought $0 to the closing table and actually received money back at closing.

Closed an investment property HELOC for a real estate investor, helping unlock equity to continue growing their portfolio.

Every client is different. Every deal has its own challenges. That’s why understanding your financing options matters.

Grateful for the trust our clients place in us and everyone who helped make these closings happen.

Packed room last night!

When we started Monmouth County All Things Real Estate, the goal wasn’t to create another networking event. The goal was to build a community.

A place where people can grow, bounce ideas off each other, do deals together, learn from one another, and build real relationships.

Looking around the room last night, I’d say we’re accomplishing exactly that.

Thank you to everyone who came out, and a special thank you to Beth, Joey, Lynzie, and Mike for helping make it happen.

We’re just getting started. 🚀 @pgwaterfrontdining

We love the colorful signs all around Highlands that direct you to the fantastic businesses around town. So when it was time to figure out how to cover up the oddly shaped utility box in the twin room, we decided to print a picture of the sign on canvas and it worked perfectly!

We like to call this the 'Local's Room' as it's full of artwork from local artists from Highlands and nearby:
