I feel like there is more that I should say than that I wrote a book? That in the wake of the 2024 election it poured out of me. That it’s about trauma and bodily autonomy and eco-fascism and resource hoarding vs community care. That it’s feminist (dare I say…anti-romantasy?) fantasy that neither shies away from romantic love nor centers it. That it’s about stepping out of someone else’s narrative for you and writing your own story. That I hope you read it and remember you are a witch. I guess that’s saying quite a lot actually. Well. Anyway, I wrote a book! And I am so thankful to @erinleighharris and @mikaleek08 for championing it. 2028 here we come ✨✨✨ by @elana_low_

✨W A V Y S ✨ Every year the @wavyawards are more incredible. @rebeccautumn_ and @mthemyth your vision grows every year. The @wavyawards family gets bigger and more gifted every year. And Kristyn your legacy grows every year that we remember and celebrate you. This would have been your favorite Wavys yet, hands down. We miss you, we love you.

The biggest things that happened this year were invisible, but the 2nd and the last slides are the most accurate. Goodbye 2025, you brought so much to the surface, so much to completion ✨🌱✍️📚

PS: Can’t wait for 40 ✨🙈

2026 by Design ✨

Research shows that nearly 23% of New Year’s resolutions fall away within the first week—not because we lack willpower, but because intention often lives only in the mind. Lasting change happens when intention is embodied. When we engage all the senses—sound, sight, touch, breath, imagination—our goals become lived experiences rather than abstract promises. What we can feel, we can commit to.

Join editor and songstress @elana_low_ & sound and experience alchemist Eileen Moran @architects_of_experience on Sunday Jan 4th 7-10pm at @thestandardmiami spa for an evening of sound and intention. This gentle yet potent gathering on Sunday Jan 4 is an invitation to slow your nervous system, clarify your inner landscape, and plant intentional seeds for the year ahead.

We’ll begin with guided you’ll be guided into a restorative live sound journey, where vibration, imagination, and stillness work together to anchor intention in the body—creating neural and energetic pathways that help it stick.

From this restored place, well move into journaling to help you:
✍🏽 articulate what you’re ready to welcome
✍🏽 name what wants to shift or soften
✍🏽 connect to your intuitive vision beyond the intellect

We’ll close with optional sharing—offering connection, witnessing, and the quiet power of being heard.

✨ Your experience includes access to the indoor baths afterward, allowing everything to land fully in the nervous system.

💫 Come as you are. Leave clearer, grounded, and attuned to what’s calling you forward.

📍 Limited spaces available
💲 $80 | includes indoor spa, hammam, sauna & steam after the workshop

So beautiful to be in-person with @architects_of_experience and the beautiful @reddoorcommunity at their new space in Manhattan to offer healing sound. We’ve been online with this incredible community of cancer thrivers for five years and it’s an honor to be in person together tonight. ✨✨✨ taken in Red Door Community by @elana_low_

✨April 15th show✨

Emerging as the flowers do from winter dormancy to play at @petescandystore on the 15th. Get your taxes done (or resist our overlords) and come on out. I promise you an angry song or two but also joy. ✨

Kristyn today the moon ate the sun and it’s been a year since you left us. It was on Good Friday. We wondered if you knew. We wondered so many things since you’ve been gone. I hoped I’d have eloquent things to say a year later but I don’t. I just miss you. 💜

Datura Moon featuring and produced by @ginjaskwurl is here!

If you need a new song to dance around the bonfire to, if you need a song for a Samhain ritual, if you’re just ready for spooky season, this one’s for you 💜💜💜

I very rarely write without my harmonium but this song came to haunt me through a series of breaths and gasps one moody day while I had an empty GarageBand session open. Thank you Ginja for wanting to be along for the ride and bearing with me while I sent you voice memos of different weird breaths.
