this book was a torch. i inhaled it over two weeks. Mary Magdalene Revealed by Meggan Watterson is about the untold story of Mary Magdalene and what was lost when her truth, her presence, her direct knowing got buried under the stories told about her.

but what moved me most: it’s not just about Mary Magdalene—it’s the lineage of women throughout history who embodied their truth so completely that even facing death couldn’t sway them, whether that death was literal or a death of the ego.

it’s not even about feminine vs. masculine. it’s about the trust that was distorted and forgotten when presence and heart were systematically silenced. it’s a reminder: what’s true can be buried, but it can’t be destroyed.

Reading this book showed me clearly, that I am part of this lineage. and if you made it this far, so are you.

Lately, life’s been reminding me just how precious it is.
Tomorrow isn’t promised — but today is here, moving through my breath, asking to be lived fully.

It amazes me how powerful we really are — how the energy we hold and the thoughts we think can shape entire worlds.

The truth is, we’re always creating. Even when we’re unconscious, we’re still designing our reality — just without intention.
It’s like taking shots in the dark instead of painting with purpose.

But when we become aware of our energy… when we breathe, feel, and create with clarity — that’s when life starts to align with soul.

This is what I mean when I say I’m an energy designer.
I help soul-led beings bring consciousness into their creations — to shape the seen and unseen with intention.

Energy is everything.

venus rx field notes on inner authority 🌀
lately I’ve been thinking a lot about inner authority — what it means to listen deeply without handing over the keys.
to let what arises in me exist before I decide what it means, what to do with it, or whether anyone else understands it.
to notice the stories, fears and old conditioning that inevitably gather around what is true — and keep returning with awareness, curiosity and love.
Venus retrograde has a way of bringing us back through the terrain of desire, relationship, values and worth — asking us to look again at what we love, what we choose, and what we’ve learned to compromise along the way.
And these are the questions that feel alive in me as I move through it:
What do I already know that I keep putting up for a vote?
What do I want before I decide what I’m supposed to want?
What becomes possible when I become a safe place for my own truth to land?
May this retrograde bring us closer to what is true beneath the noise.
May we have the courage to meet what arises without immediately abandoning, explaining or overriding it.
May we listen to the world without losing the sound of our own voice.
May we remember that someone else’s truth does not have to become the measure of our own.
And may all the energy we’ve spent trying to be who we thought we needed to be come home to the life that is actually asking to move through us.

One morning this week, as I was having my coffee and getting ready for the day, an image came to me: myself as a warrior, suiting up in armor, sword in hand, ready to face battle.

And somehow, within that image, I knew the armor wasn’t something hard. It was the power and potential of my own awareness—my ability to anchor into this moment and meet what’s here.

I kept returning to that image throughout the day and in the days after, especially when I felt myself getting pulled into a story. I know how quickly my mind can take pain and give it a meaning; next thing I know, the story has me by the ankles, dragging me all around...

But when I can pause for a second as tension arises and enter my heart, the pain itself feels different from my story about it. Lately, as I’ve been learning how to be with the pain, I’ve discovered that there’s actually quite a lot of softness there. That discovery has been life changing for me.

Gibran’s words in this reel speak to that for me. Sometimes turning toward what hurts, instead of getting lost in the story around it, opens the door to a little more peace and understanding.

apparently today i needed a little taste of my own medicine lol

my mind was minding—looking for some kind of rhyme or reason. trying to understand what everything meant. trying to come up with some smart answer.

but the answer wasn’t another thought.

what i really needed was the little note i wrote on a piece of paper and taped to my wall years ago:

you are no thing.

not nothing.

no thing.

everything, and also no thing.

and when i remembered that, it was like… oh. right.

i’ve been on this journey for a long time, but i feel like some things are only really hitting now. or maybe they hit, and then you forget, and then you remember again.

i guess that’s part of being human.

forgetting and remembering.
forgetting and remembering.

a little awareness goes a long way.

life is SO much more than the mind could really comprehend anyway.

I’m gonna try to chill out and just turn my human messiness in all her glory into some art, hopefully some of you enjoy.

Hi loverz, I hope this post finds you well ⭐️ and perhaps enjoying some summer fruits 🍉

I’m writing this in the middle of eclipse season, about a week before the full moon eclipse. How are y’all doing out there?

Personally, I’m hanging in there—simultaneously loving my life and feeling as though the universe is squeezing me through some kind of purification process.

This past week, that has looked like paying closer attention to how the foods I eat make me feel 👄, finding balance between work and play, and navigating difficulties at my “day job” that have been testing both my meditation practice and my self-confidence.

The message I keep hearing is something like:

“Go deeper into this moment. There is potent wisdom here.”

And somehow, the deeper I go, the more I relax. I’ve also been experiencing some seemingly random—but strangely symbolic—visions.

Alas, my prayer for myself, and for anyone who has made it this far, is that we take refuge in the heart at this time.

The mind is a pro trickster, but the heart doesn’t lie.

May we let our hearts speak, and may they guide us toward the highest and best possibilities available to us. 😘🌼💝

Amen 🙏

Slowing our roll. Taking some deep breaths. Allowing ourselves to really take up space in our bodies and the world, is a precious gift we can give to ourselves, and the those around us.
When we’re not moving on autopilot, we can see what is actually here. From there, deeper connection and honest growth become possible.

The mind carries a whole chorus: fear, urgency, expectations, old conditioning. The heart can be quieter. Hearing it takes patience.

Everything is relationship—the way we meet ourselves, our thoughts and feelings, the people around us, our work, and the world.

Creative embodiment grows from becoming aware of which voices are shaping those relationships. The more clearly we can hear what is true beneath the noise, the more consciously we can choose what to nourish—and what we want to create from.

Your humanity is creative power.
We have this remarkable capacity to become aware of what is moving us—and to enter into a conscious relationship with it.

In this moment

Here and now

Moving through you

The breath that give you life

The same as it does water making its way down river

Or the planets around the sun

There is a season

And reason

For movement and stuckness

Liberate hope and fear with your awareness and

Writing is what I do to digest life and transform it into some kind of art.
Putting pen to paper forces me into presence with my own inner world.
There’s a gravity to it. it slows me down. sharpens my awareness to the movements of my mind and body.
Giving form to the infinite creative flow of energy — this is the most ancient form of divine connection.
As someone committed to living in alignment with my deepest truth — choosing the enjoyment of the flow of my days, opposed to going along with the status quo while my soul shrivels up and dies

I know I’m not the only one navigating the pressure to “create content” — to perform, to produce— while somewhere underneath all of that, the real creative impulse is waiting for some air.

There’s a slippery slope between artist and con artist. the moment you lose touch with your authentic source — start creating from lack, from comparison, from the noise outside — you’re no longer making real art. you’re performing.
