Save this for the next time you’re planning a perfect day trip near central Israel ☀️

📍 Alexander River Trail

We started the day at “HaRo’eh BaCafe” in Emek Hefer,
and from there set out on an 11 km ride to Beit Yanai Beach.

The route is mostly flat and one-directional, running along the river and through forested areas — it honestly feels a bit like you’re abroad.
(Just keep in mind: it’s another 11 km back to your car if you parked at the start.)

Here are the key stops along the way 📍
• HaRo’eh BaCafe
• Park Italy
• Turtle Bridge (keep an eye out for the softshell turtles — they’re HUGE!)
• Alexander River National Park (don’t miss the lookout at Khirbet Samara)
• Finish at the Alexander River finish by the sea 🌊

You can do this route by foot, bike, or horseback (check out “Avital Horse Ranch”).

Simple, beautiful, and just the right mix of nature + adventure 🌿🚴‍♂️

What if every feeling is a doorway back to your Wholeness? 🚪

Healing isn’t about striving for perfection or arriving to some destination where we feel “finally good enough”

It’s about embracing radical authenticity along the journey, & learning to hold ourselves with evermore loving kindness and compassion for everything that arises on the way.

The more we meet ourselves in the moment of what’s truly alive for us—deep down beyond the layers of attachment to outcome and identity—the more we can hold space for our most authentic becoming.

This is the path of dharma.

Paying attention to our INNER TRUTH is where our true power & dharmic potential lies. 🧲✨

Magic is what happens when you say yes to your dreams, and this Retreat has been the biggest prof of magic in my life. Humbled and bless to walk this path alongside such incredible women.

For any sisters rooted in Israel who feel the call to join us on our next retreat happening the weekend of March 24th-26th, my Dms are always open for questions. We would love to have you as part of the Butterfly Tribe 🦋
