Join us for our third “Sunday Session” with dancer, coach, and joyous rabble-rouser Nicole Mannarino @electricassembly This time, we’ll be practicing some wildly transformative dancing. Dancing is one of the oldest (and definitely cheapest!) forms of therapy—it’s hard to imagine frowning when the music is really on. So whether you’re scared to death of the dance floor or always ready to go go go, this session should give you some new tools for keeping life moving in the right direction. Sunday Sessions are experimental Sunday morning gatherings to help people connect with something larger than themselves. Each session features karaoke (note: singing is optional ;), readings, and a workshop led by a different guest—including artists, therapists, dancers, musicians, researchers, and others—plus more karaoke!
