I saw @ejayink smash this and just had to give it a go! 🔥

It was tough, but I think I managed alright. What do you think? 😜

Breathe In, Breathe Out Challenge, but make it pull-ups

This was wayyyyy harder than the push-up challenge & it definitely needs some cleaning up 😅

@stinencwh & @teniola.odeku You asked, and I delivered 💪🏼

Note to self: Do not attempt a push-up challenge after training muscle-ups 🫠😅

The rep I've been chasing for over a year 🥹

I started working towards the bar muscle-up in late 2024. Injuries, illness & some tricky life stuff meant training was on and off, and progress was slow. It seemed impossible and so far out of reach.

In Novemeber 2025, I traded the bar in for rings, and 5 months later, I got my first unassisted muscle-up.
The rep wasn't pretty, but it was real.

I am so, damn proud of myself for sticking to the goal even when things didn't go according to plan.

Thank you, @victorthedipper for setting me on this journey even though I thought I wasn't ready.

Here's to sexy muscle-ups in 2026 and more goals being ticked off even when they seem so far out of reach 💪🏼💫
