This one deserves its own post - still glowing from dreamy partner dragon times with you! Copy pasta from my highlights/lowlights post, but:

Crazy that we met 8 years ago now, and to collide again as the years go by. To have a dance that feels like a two-way conversation, questions asked being answered gracefully and inquisitively, to be heard without any words exchanged, nothing in the world compares to that feeling. Thank you for making magic with me, next year can’t come soon enough.

Damon was also holding down the fuel depot all weekend long with the rest of the raddest depot crew. Thank you for all the hard work you put in, we'll try to squeeze more dances in next year!!

What a kindle for the books. My 6th Kindle has my heart absolutely overflowing with love - full of joy, endless laughter, and unforgettable moments of pure magic.

✨ HIGHLIGHTS
- Rolling with the best crew all weekend long - the Baybes, @mirrapirate61 @fireflytakestheskies , and ADA Clut Cabin Crew @bella.from.the.internet @azulafae . I could not ask for a better group of clowns to be laughing so hard that my stomach hurts with, to hype each other up nonstop, or be there for each other in moments that are rough around the edges.
- Getting to spend sooo much time with Miranda, our long years of internet friendships and missed opportunities to spend quality time together at previous fests, all is right in the world now that I’ve marveled and giggled at bioluminescent oceans with you. I love you buckets!!
- Shaking so much ass, especially on Sat night from @uchiwalimusic -> @juicedawg_ -> @dawdust . Y’all did a number on me because I sincerely could not stop dancing!! Shoutout to the Ass Thirty crew @the.ballstar @olive.sews @chachness_monster for holding down the butts out energy all weekend long. ’Twas a full moon!
- Meowlen’s rib trap class!! @marlen.hazel Such a delicious challenge and I have the rib bruises to prove it. So delighted to get the rib SNeS continuous pattern on fire at sunrise :D
- 1:11AM Sat night leading the dragon takeover. There must have been at least 30 of us out there, and the circle luminescence was at max capacity. Thank you for coming out there with me dragons!
- Slowly overcoming my fear of doubles with the help of Bella's mind meltiness @bella.from.the.internet
- My annual bone broth distribution as it gets chilly in the wee hours of the night - thanks for sippin’ with me friends~

From July's full moon 🌕

I've been in a full blown autoimmune flare for the last few days and debated about posting this lil clip - if you're just here for the flow, keep scrollin past, but otherwise I'm going to scream into the social media void for a bit about my health 😅

For several years I have been struggling on and off with extreme fatigue, brain fog, mood regulation issues, chronic joint pain, thermoregulation and other nervous system problems, etc. Some of them could be understood with learning I have a connective tissue disorder (from spontaneous rib dislocation) and likely dysautonomia. Others remained somewhat mysterious, and I beat myself up for a long time believing it was in my head, that I just needed to fight it and be less burnt out + get motivated. Fast forward to 3 months ago, I found out via one test that a new physician decided to add during a routine physical that I have had an autoimmune disorder for probably the better part of the last decade. It impacts my thyroid and thus my metabolism, my energy, my mood, and so much more. The primary symptoms associated are unrelenting fatigue, weight gain, muscle and joint aches, and depression.

In a way it is very validating to understand that these issues weren't all in my head this whole time. The number on the scale continuing to climb, even as I add workouts or change what I eat, feeling like I need 10+ hrs of sleep to feel like I am awake, sitting in complete executive dysfunction for hours while I try to convince myself to do one chore. At the same time I also have so much anger, looking back at my labs from the past decade knowing that all the signs were there to a greater issue and no physician thought to check, that I'm not considered "sick enough" to be medicated due to outdated reference ranges even if my thyroid activitiy is far, far below optimal, that I need to accept that there is no known cure, and only a hope of slowing down the inevitable damage. Accepting that how my body is doing/looking/feeling is out of my control is really goddamn hard.

Anyway I feel rusty and frustrated that I don't have as much energy to learn and practice rn, but I'm here 🥲 so hi 💙 by @elena_flows
