Happy 6TH birthday to the absolute brightest light in my life. Thank you for reminding me things daily such as: the importance of being able to take a snoozin wherever, showing off your tongue and TEEF is ALWAYS acceptable, and making sure to stay GOOFY 99% of the time because that’s literally the point of all of this!!!

Not so much the number on the bar but heavier on the journey that it’s been to get here. 5 years, 2 knee surgeries, and a lot of tough days and heartbreaks later made this PR that much more special.
Just goes to show what happens when you trust the path of life, continue to show up, and surround yourself with the good ones. Maybe there is still so much left to do :)

A message from Coach Elena.

"Hi guys!!

My name is Elena Budz and I’m so excited to announce that I’ll be joining the team come January :)

I grew up in Cairo, NY and lived in the capital region for a few years before moving out to New Hampshire at the end of 2020 to continue my pursuit of trying to make it to the highest level in the sport.
I started CrossFit in 2015 and have been coaching since 2016. I’ve had the privilege to learn and experience from some of the best and I’m excited to help you guys grow and become a positive impact in your fitness journey.

I’m a huge believer in things happening exactly how they are meant to happen and I’m so grateful that life has led me back to New York. I cannot wait to meet and get to know all of you :) thank you for welcoming me!!!

Side note, I have a 5 year old golden retriever named kilo who is also so very excited to meet you all 🥹"
