There’s something refreshing about experiencing an event from behind the scenes. 😍 On Day 2 of CultureCon 2026, I had the opportunity to do what I love most: welcome guests, support crowd flow, and help usher people into the experience waiting for them on the other side of the booth. Big shoutout and THANK YOU to @jocelynarivera, @pressplayagency, and @staffstarsinc for bringing me on to support the @pinterest activation! I love working with you all and am always grateful for the opportunities! 🙏🏾🥹💛✨ Working the Pinterest activation gave me the chance to take in Activation Alley through a different lens. From @pinterest @pinterestcreators to @chase @cricketwireless @lincoln @greygoose, @hbomax, small businesses, and more, I found myself paying attention not only to what each brand created, but also to how people were invited into it and how each experience came to life. That’s the part I love. Before someone remembers the beautiful activation, the product, the content, or the photo, there are people and processes behind the scenes helping make the experience work. Congratulations to @imaniimani, @culturecon, and @cultureconcollective on another successful and even bigger #CultureCon this year! Shoutout to them for creating a space I was grateful to experience from both sides this year. 🙌🏾 Structure. Execution. Experience. That’s the work. 🤎 #BrandExperience #GuestExperience #EventExecution #ElevatedExperienceConsulting taken in Duggal In The Brooklyn Navy Yard by @elevatedexperienceconsulting

Thank you to The @pressplayagency and @staffstarsinc for another opportunity to do what I love most: play a part in creating an experience where people feel welcomed, supported, and ready for what’s ahead. 🤎 It’s truly humbling to be trusted with opportunities like this and to work alongside such an inspiring company. Thank you @jocelynarivera 🙏🏾✨ This past Monday, I had the opportunity to support the 9th Annual @sistasinsales Summit, assisting with guest check in and event support. There’s something special about being one of the first faces people encounter as they step into an experience. Welcoming participants into a day designed for learning, networking, connection, and empowerment meant so much to me. It was also a pleasure meeting the organizers, watching connections happen throughout the room, and even making a few of my own. Grateful to have played a small part in helping welcome attendees into The Evolution. ✨ #SistasInSales #TheEvolution #Hospitality #GuestExperience #ElevatedExperienceConsulting is Me taken in Chelsea, New York by @elevatedexperienceconsulting

EEC is me. And I am EEC. 🙏🏾✨🤎 Long before Elevated Experience Consulting had a name, a logo, a website, or an LLC behind it, I was already doing the work. Hospitality has been a part of who I am for as long as I can remember. Caring about how people are received. Paying attention to the details others may overlook. Making sure people feel prepared, considered, supported, and valued. Thinking about what could go wrong before it does. Stepping in when something needs to be handled. Wanting people to walk away having had a better experience because I was there. I didn’t know I was building a brand. I thought I was just being Elisha. But now I can look back and see that God was developing something in me long before He ever gave me the language for it. The experiences. The jobs. The assignments. The rooms. The relationships. Even the moments when I wondered how one chapter connected to another. It was all building something. Elevated Experience Consulting is the vision God was building for me before I even knew there was a vision to build. That’s why EEC isn’t something I have to manufacture or perform. It’s an extension of how I naturally think, serve, lead, prepare, communicate, and care for people. So when you see EEC, you’re seeing me. And when you experience me, I hope you experience what EEC stands for: Structure. Execution. Experience. Because somewhere along the way, what God put in me became what He entrusted me to build. 🤎🙏🏾 Elevated Experience Consulting Where Structure, Execution, and Experience Come Together. #ElevatedExperienceConsulting #StructureExecutionExperience #Hospitality #Entrepreneurship #FaithAndBusiness by @elevatedexperienceconsulting

What a great experience being part of the Fine Wine Series Festival! 🍷✨ I had the opportunity to support the event staff through The @pressplayagency / @staffstarsinc , assisting with general admission check-in and guest arrival. Being one of the first faces many guests encountered meant welcoming people in, taking in all of the amazing fits, energy and excitement, making sure guests had the information they needed, and helping get them on their way to enjoy the experience. And I loved it. 🤎 @thefinewineseries Festival was a celebration of excellence, wine, good times, good vibes and GOOD fits! 😂 Glad to have made some great connections and enjoyed some great conversations along the way. At the heart of Elevated Experience Consulting is a genuine desire to help create better experiences for people. Sometimes that means helping shape an experience from beginning to end. Sometimes it means supporting its preparation or execution. And sometimes it means stepping into a specific role as part of a larger team and doing my part well so the people on the receiving end have a better experience. Grateful to The @pressplayagency @staffstarsinc for booking me to support this event. 🤎✨ #EventSupport #ElevatedExperienceConsulting #StructureExecutionExperience #FineWineSeries2026 #Hospitality taken in Rumsey Field Summerstage at Central Park by @elevatedexperienceconsulting

LOOK AT GOD! 🥹🙏🏾💙💛✨🙌🏾 A little of my story. The heart behind EEC. AND another reminder that God is still writing the story. I’m grateful to be featured in the Aug./Sept. 2026 New York/New Jersey edition of Huami Magazine, sharing my journey and the heart behind Elevated Experience Consulting LLC. I’m still building. Still learning. Still trusting God with what I can’t yet see. And I’m grateful for every opportunity He allows along the way. Thank you @huami_magazine and Terry L. Watson for the feature and for sharing my story. 🤎 Photography by @alstonmediagroup 📸 🔗 Read the full feature at the link in bio. #ElevatedExperienceConsulting #HuamiMagazine #StructureExecutionExperience #OperationalExcellence #Entrepreneurship by @elevatedexperienceconsulting

Organizations spend a lot of time thinking about the people they serve, welcome, impress, and engage externally. And they should. But what about the people responsible for creating that experience? Internal teams need intentional preparation, clear communication, the right information, proper resources, and support when things change. When the people behind the experience are prepared and supported, it shows in what they create for everyone else. Strong external experiences often begin internally. That belief sits at the heart of how I approach the work at Elevated Experience Consulting. What does the experience you create say about your organization or brand? #ElevatedExperienceConsulting #StructureExecutionExperience #OperationalExcellence #StakeholderExperience #HospitalityConsulting by @elevatedexperienceconsulting

Happy Birthday @butterflyrose_hairandbeauty !🥳🤎 Thank you for trusting Elevated Experience Consulting to bring your vision to life. Even with a last-minute idea, it was a privilege to support an afternoon that celebrated family, friendship, birthdays, cherished memories, and intentional time together. At EEC, we believe every experience deserves thoughtful execution because it’s often the smallest gatherings that leave the biggest impact. Every gathering tells a story, so why not make yours one worth remembering? Thank you for allowing me to be part of yours. ✨ #ElevatedExperienceConsulting #IntentionalExperiences #SmallGatheringsMatter #PicnicBirthdayCelebration #HospitalityInAction by @elevatedexperienceconsulting

Some opportunities remind you exactly why you started. 🧡🙌🏾 In 2024, I discovered CURLFEST and knew I wanted to experience it. This year, that desire changed. I did not just want to attend. I wanted to work it. So I pursued the opportunity. Saturday, I walked into CURLFEST 2026 knowing no one and ready to serve. Ready to pay attention, anticipate what was needed, make someone else’s day easier, and help the experience move well. I had the privilege of serving as a Founder Shadow, primarily supporting one of three incredible founders, my incomparable boss for the day😍, THEE amazing 👑Simone Mair @simone_inspires 💖 while building relationships with the other equally gracious founders 👑Melody Henderson @mellow_bk 💞 and 👑Charisse Higgins @charissecreates 💞 and working alongside my fellow shadows. As a new founder myself, having launched EEC just a few months ago, being assigned to support a founder felt nothing short of divine. 🥹 Throughout the day, strangers became connections, conversations became relationships, and I experienced firsthand what I believe through Elevated Experience Consulting: the experience behind the scenes matters just as much as the one everyone sees. I watched. I listened. I anticipated. I problem solved. I looked out for people. I served. What makes me most proud is knowing I entered a space where no one knew me and left having made an impact simply by showing up as who God created me to be. God first. Service at my core. EEC in action. Thank you to the CURLFEST and @curlygirlcollective family/team @pressplayagency for trusting me with the opportunity to serve, learn, and connect. I leave grateful for what happened and expectant for the opportunities, partnerships, collaborations, contracts, and genuine relationships that may grow from it. Awesome job, unforgettable event!👏🏾 In 2024, I wanted to be there. In 2026, I helped make the experience happen. Here’s to what God does with a yes. 🙏🏾🧡 #CURLFEST2026 #CURLFESTShadow #ElevatedExperienceConsulting #OperationalExcellence taken in Randall's Island Park by @elevatedexperienceconsulting

Every memorable event tells two stories. The one guests experience. And the one built behind the scenes. One of my favorite parts of what I do is helping create experiences that people will remember long after the event is over. I’m grateful to have played a role in bringing this year’s 3rd B.E.L.L.E. & B.E.A.U. Cotillion & Beautillion Scholarship Program Gala to life through hospitality, operational support, thoughtful execution, and the details that help create a memorable experience. Congratulations to every Belle, Beau, family, honoree, and to our incredible Chairmembers! A special thank you to Chairlady Litishia @ladybesmith for her beautiful vision, unwavering leadership, and commitment to investing in the next generation @thebelleprogram It was an honor to help bring that vision to life. Thank you for entrusting me to be a part of such a special evening. Because memorable experiences begin long before guests arrive. — Elevated Experience Consulting #ElevatedExperienceConsulting #StructureExecutionExperience #HospitalityLeadership #LegacyInBloom #Cotillion by @elevatedexperienceconsulting
