CultureCon 2026, Day 1. 🧡✨

On Day 1 of CultureCon 2026, I had the opportunity to do what I love most: connect with people, build relationships, and experience the energy, creativity, and culture happening all around me.

From reconnecting with familiar faces to making new connections, hearing from incredible speakers, exploring new brands and businesses, laughing, learning, and simply taking it all in, there was something special about being in the room. 🥹

And this year was even more special because I got to experience CultureCon from both sides. Day 1, I got to enjoy the experience as an attendee. Day 2, I got to step behind the scenes and help create that experience for others. 🙏🏾✨

Congratulations to @imaniimani @culturecon and the @cultureconcollective on another successful and even bigger #CultureCon this year! Shoutout to them for creating a space I was grateful to experience from both sides this year. 🙌🏾

September 14th, my Godbaby turned THREE! 🥹💕 And TODAY is National Daughters Day! I couldn’t let September go by without celebrating her. Happy Birthday to my MOTHER, my rock, protector, encourager, prayer warrior, sounding board, cut-up buddy, and so much more!!! ❤️

Thank you for teaching me when I didn’t and still don’t know, correcting me when I’m wrong, praising me when I achieve, lifting me when I’m down, praying for me endlessly, and sacrificing to this day so that I can have. Thank you for constantly reminding me of my intelligence, purpose, capability, beauty, uniqueness, and foundation.

I LOVE YOU, MOM! I respect you. I admire you. And I couldn’t have prayed for a better mother, not only to me, but to all those you take in and to our entire family.

Even when I don’t like it, disagree, or can’t understand how you continue to go on, YOU DO! 💪🏾

I wish you many, many more birthdays, alllllll of your heart’s desires, and every stored-up blessing God has yet to release over your life.

Grateful for another opportunity to worship and another reminder that God is faithful this past Sunday. 🤍

After everything it took to get to church during the final FIFA World Cup game…let’s just say I’m glad to be able to say goodbye! ⚽️🥅🙄🤭

I made it, and once I got there, such a praise overtook me! 🙌🏾😭💃🏾

While many know you as Bishop, Pastor, leader, mentor, spiritual father and much more, I have the unique privilege and blessing of calling you my father.

Building this business is continuing to stretch me in unexpected ways.

Not because connecting with people is new to me, but because I’m learning to do it from a different place. What was once simply serving, supporting, coordinating, solving problems, and helping people have meaningful experiences is now teaching me how to communicate the value of those same strengths in a new way.

One thing I’ve learned over the years is that meaningful experiences rarely happen by accident.

Whether in business, ministry, events, or everyday interactions, the moments people remember most are often the result of intentionality, preparation, and care.

The more I build Elevated Experience Consulting, the more I realize this work didn’t begin when I launched a business. It has been woven throughout my career, my service, and the way I’ve shown up for people for years.

That’s what continues to inspire me.

Not perfection.
Not performance.

Just helping people and organizations show up with greater clarity, excellence, and purpose.

Grateful for every lesson, every connection, and every opportunity to keep building.

Today my #WCW is my best friend Ebony Lashon Stevenson Bell Davis (🤭). Her birthday was May 17th and TODAY is her wedding anniversary!!!! So late bday post but on time celebration appreciation post. She is the epitome of sister’s keeper, godly friendship, ride or die, day one, twin, sister, body guard, my “Tariq” and the Tommy to my Ghost!
