What does it take to be a pro level poser? 👀

It’s not just confidence @claudiaromoli_figurepro already had that when we started working together. It’s the small details. Sharper angles, smoother transitions, and the small things every judge notices.

What makes Rhea’s posing so elegant? 🤍

✨ She scans the room and connects with the judges. She doesn’t just stand there, she owns the stage

Another fantastic showing for Shans routine! One she has been practising for months and performed beautifully ✨

A last minute category change for Shan to which we had to rapid fire change her posing & create a new I-walk… nothing like a challenge a few days out. But nevertheless I think we smashed it.

A HUGE reason why we were able to do this is because we have been working together for so long that Shans skill level for posing has reached a level where we can quite easily manipulate things

So proud of my @elevateposing girls today 👑💙

Second show of the season and WOW did she own that stage! Jasmine has been with me for a long time on my monthly posing package and to see all that work come together today was everything. She looked so elegant, so flowy, and absolutely killed her I-walk. In a very strong lineup she held her own and stood out, and hearing so many people compliment her posing honestly means the world to me 🥹

Last show of the season and what a way to finish! Every single time Kerrie has stepped on stage this season she has grown more and more in confidence, and today was without a doubt the best she has EVER held herself up there. We made some little tweaks to her poses and she absolutely nailed every single one 👌🏼 She smashed her I-walk, looked incredible and genuinely enjoyed every second on that stage. So so proud of you girl!

A lot of people will tell you posing doesn’t really matter on stage... but I genuinely think otherwise. When you walk out there with real confidence, presence and poise, the judges look at you and it’s hard for them to take their eyes off you. That’s exactly what both of these girls did today, and THAT is what makes me so proud.

Days like today remind me why I love my job so much 💙

Stop spending too long on your transitions..

This DOES NOT mean neglect them completely

BUT an over-the-top transition is also a second not spent in the pose.

Efficient doesn't mean rushed.

It means practised until it's effortless and clean

Know your federation's pace, read the room, and stay in sync.

Out of sync = standing out for the wrong reasons.

Let’s stop tearing other athletes down for doing something different! 🤍

@eduardabeezerra took a risk with her Olympia I-walk. It was different, dancey and expressive, and the internet has been brutal about it.

It might not be everyone’s cup of tea but I thought it was cool to see something different and expressive, she looked beautiful, and she had the confidence to do something nobody else did.

Constructive feedback helps our sport grow. Pulling people apart doesn’t.

Let’s celebrate athletes who dare to be different 👏🏻

This was a much improved showing for Bel today! After her first show where the overwhelm and nerves took over, we knew there was a lot we could fine tune with her posing to ensure she showcased her incredible personality, which we absolutely did today! 👌🏼🔥

The way this girl presents herself on stage makes me absolutely beam with pride! TONED FIGURE | PCA NATURALS 5 – @millicent.fitness

A much improved look from the last show for Millie. She’s been grafting and managed to pull off another kilo, which showed on stage today. As always, she presented and carried herself beautifully.

Millie has the shape, the lines, the stage presence and the work ethic. Those can’t be coached into someone overnight. Conditioning comes with time, maturity and more muscle under the skin, and when it all comes together she’s going to be a real problem on that stage

This is a long game, and we’re playing it the right way.
