11 months of Eleva to this day.
This time last year I took a leap of faith, and we were getting ready to open.

And I did this when my son was 1.5 years old.. not sleeping through the night and I had 4:00am wake up calls while running on broken sleep. I had my days where I questioned if I can keep going…

Thankfully I have help now 🙏 @tipswith_marie @coach_slo lets go ladies 🙌🏻🥳

This was by far THE HARDEST THING I EVER HAD TO DO but THE BEST thing I ever did.

Once again, THANK YOU to everyone- from the bottom of my heart ❤️

Almost a year in a half since I became a mom. I’ve been showing up for myself while sleep deprived, stressed, breastfeeding, and even after pouring into others on a daily basis.

Even those 20-30 minute workouts from my early months eventually added up!
I might be a trainer but I’m still human.

My son still doesn’t sleep through the night so this is something I continue to struggle with everyday.

Bottom line.. I still show up for myself every day! It might not be perfect but everything I’ve done so far has helped me achieve the physique now.

Aside from the physical transformation, I’ve also transformed as a person.

Becoming a mom didn’t stop me from chasing my fitness goals- in fact it only made me stronger 🤍

It’s been a little over 2 months since I experienced my miscarriage, and since then life has been BUSY with more responsibilities at work.

Through all the stress that life brings, the gym will always be my escape. 🩷

I’m happy to be celebrating my roots/ culture and our girls who 80% of them are Latinas!

So excited to announce that we’ve officially outgrown our 450 sq. ft. space 🥹❤️

But we’re not going anywhere..We’ll still be in the same building — we’re just expanding our current space to 850 sq. ft. 🤗

This expansion means more room to train, and the ability to help more women become stronger and more confident💪🏼🩷

I’m beyond grateful for everyone who has trusted me, supported this business, and helped us get to this point. 🥹
