Me and Laurie were excited about attending the 80th Gala in San Francisco Hosted by Dawn Lewis. Close to 700 attendees gathered in celebration and support of the UNCF’s 80th anniversary of service and commitment to HBCU students & their education goals. The “Fund” has provided scholarships, financial aid, and grant support to 37 HBCUs totaling hundred of millions of dollars in its 80 history! I’ve been a proud supporter of the organization since the 80’s and welcome any opportunity to join their efforts. “A Mind Is A Terrible Thing To Waste…. But A Wonderful Thing To Invest In”. - UNCF This year’s honorees included @Cisco for Outstanding Corporate Partner and Larry Tripplett. Cisco is also the sponsor of our current @ADWTourExp! We are very happy to be partnering with them to further the legacy and impact that our TV series continues to make in the world. The evening kicked into high gear when @TheMorrisDay & The Time turned it out! Before the set was over, I was up on stage doing “The Bird”, with a few other guests lol! #HBCUAlumni #UNCF80Anniversary #AlaskaAirlines #UNCF #SupportHBCUs #MorrisDayandTheTime #DiversityandInclusion #SupportStudents #SupportTeachers #DawnnLewis by @elgin_bhomes

It was a pleasure stopping by a Brokers tour in Lafayette California and touring this beautiful 4 Bed, 5 and a half Bath, 8,620 sq ft home. This retreat sits on a dual lot at the end of a private drive, a world away from life’s cares. The principal lot (3941 Happy Valley Road) is 2.3 acres, adjoining the undeveloped second lot (3943, .98 acre), now a garden, which can be preserved as open space or developed or sold separately. Entertain those of any age with a tennis court, basketball court, batting cage, swimming pool with waterfalls, slide, climbing wall, and water jets, golf simulator, putting green and bocce court. Relax in the massage room, two Jacuzzi spas (one in a covered grotto), hair salon, or by the outdoor fire pit, or enjoy a movie in the spacious professional theater with reclining seating. The home, with vaulted ceilings throughout, offers separate gathering areas. One melds the gourmet kitchen (with elite appliances), dining room, and spacious living room (with built-in 80” television and surround sound). Move to the other side of the house to the game room, equipped with six televisions and ample space to play pool, ping-pong, or cards. Wet bars are found on both sides of the house, and outdoor patios and terraces abound. The four bedrooms are spacious, and the luxurious primary suite offers a massive walk-in closet and an en-suite bath with every amenity. by @elgin_bhomes
