Working on an advanced exercise on the reformer called The Swan ✨

Funny how challenging extension can feel when spending most of the day folded forwards over a laptop or phone👩🏻‍💻 has become so normal.

The body adapts rather well to whatever we spend most of our time doing. Which makes me wonder…are we training our bodies or are our bodies quietly training us?

Semi Circle ✨

A yummy exercise to explore spinal articulation, control and flow through the spine.

If you’re curious about movement like this, we’d love to share it with you in our cozy private studio @studioleilaspilates by @elianebusstra
