Some @rascalflatts to chill with on a Sunday…
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Big thanks to my buddy @rnbatera who took some time out of his work to mix this for me!!
This song was originally recorded by the great @thechrismchugh if I’m not wrong!

Depois de uma folga da equipe, confere um vídeo da música “Meu Investimento” de um show com @luansantana no ano passado. A partitura correndo junto vai de brinde! 😅😘

Been diving deep into Filterverse by @polyversemusic on my drums and this thing is infinite! 🥁
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
There are hundreds of presets, and every one takes the kit somewhere completely different. Inside each preset you get 3 slots, and for each one you pick from 26 filter and effect types: classic filters, delays, reverb, amp sim and some really wild stuff. Then you choose between 5 routing options to decide how the chain flows, in series, parallel or a mix of both.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
And then there’s the modulation section, with up to 8 modulators running at the same time. ADSR, envelope follower, step sequencer, LFOs, randomizer, even a pitch detector, all shaping the sound with your playing.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
If you make electronic music, this one’s a must. It turns any instrument/sound into something that sits right in an electronic track.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Lots of tweaking, but the results are crazy

I’m still exploring all the @safaripedals plugins, each one better than the last, but this LADYBUG reverb stole my heart! ❤️ Check it out!

@elilage explains and shows how much a snare sound can change just by tuning the snare side head only!!

Let’s see what he has to say about it:

“This week I tried a few different bottom-head tunings on my snare to help me get to the result I want more quickly.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
A lot of people overlook the snare-side head, myself included 🫠, and the best way to fix that is by getting in the studio and working on it.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Try it out and let me know what you think!

⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Testa aí e me diz o que você acha!”
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Did you hear a difference? Let’s talk about it!

Should out to @elilage for sharing this with us all!

Does it sound different or better? 👀
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Invest in your microphone setup! It makes a huge difference!
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Comparing some large-capsule condensers at different price points to see if the upgrade was actually worth it! 😂
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Even through the iPhone’s speaker on instagram, you can hear the difference in the low end, body, and harshness.
