→ no need to book the ferry ahead, we just bought tickets at the Woods Hole terminal (22$ round-trip)
→ bikes are $35 for the day. totally worth it, the ride along the water is the highlight
→ wear comfy shoes, you’ll be on the bike for 2–3 hours total
→ go early, edgartown gets busy after lunch

I saw whales for the first time 🐋 with @dolphinfleetwhalewatch

They told us there was no guarantee we’d see any. We saw five humpbacks, including a mom named Crown and her calf.

In this conversation with Elina, we went a bit deeper into a practice that is often misunderstood… and way more powerful than it seems.

Kundalini combines movement, breath, mantras and focus in a very intentional way
almost like a formula designed to support your nervous system, emotions and energy.

One thing that really stayed with us is how it’s not just about the physical practice
it’s about what comes up when you give yourself space to feel, process and stay present.

And also… it’s not always “calm and slow” like many people think.
It can be challenging, activating and deeply transformative.

If you’ve been curious about Kundalini, this conversation might give you a clearer understanding of what it really is 🤍

Let us know if you’ve ever tried it or if you’d like to ✨

Meet the Teacher: Today we’re introducing you to Elina.

Originally from Russia and now based in Dubai, she teaches Kundalini and Jivamukti Yoga.

Her journey with yoga didn’t start in a perfect moment. It came during a phase of change and uncertainty, when she was looking for something to ground herself and better understand what she was going through.

Kundalini yoga entered her life almost unexpectedly, and quickly became something much deeper. A practice that supported her nervous system, her mind and her sense of direction.

What we loved most about her story is how real it feels. Yoga not as a trend or a goal, but as a tool to reconnect, reset and find your own truth.

Still a student, still learning, and sharing from a very honest place 🤍
