I didn’t start binge eating post how because I had the wrong meal plan.
I started binge eating after competing because I didn’t have the right tools and support.

On the outside, leading up to comp, I looked like the disciplined one.
Structured. Focused. Committed to the sport. An ATHLETE 💪

But post-comp, when the structure dropped and the pressure stayed?
My nervous system had no idea how to regulate without control.

So food became the outlet.
Not because I wanted it — but because my system was desperate for relief.

No one taught me how to transition out of extreme dieting.
No one taught me how to regulate my nervous system.
No one taught me how to handle urges once the rules disappeared.
No one taught me about the food noise and body dysmorphia post show.
No one taught me about feeling like you have no purpose anymore.

If I had a binge eating coach back then — someone who understood the brain, the nervous system, and the realities of competing — I wouldn’t have spent years stuck in that cycle.

And I honestly believe I would’ve lasted longer in the sport.

This is the part bodybuilding doesn’t talk about enough:
You can have the best training and nutrition plan in the world…
but without the tools to manage the psychological and neurological impact, the cost is often paid later.

This work isn’t about “fixing” athletes.
It’s about protecting their longevity, health, and identity beyond the stage.

And it’s exactly why I do what I do now.
I work with some of the best coaches in the industry to create athletes that LAST 🏆

I get it, TRUST ME🫠

👉You’ve tried every other program and been overwhelmed with the 17363 tasks they give you
👉You’ve tried 14 different nutrition coaches that tried to prescribe you a stricter meal plan
👉You’ve wasted thousands of $$ on signing up to programs with people who aren’t even qualified

So why me?👀

Because this sh*t works 📈

I struggled with binge eating for over TEN YEARS🤯

This was terrible for me, but great for you, as it now means I have a toolbox 🧰 full of tools that actually WORK, because I’ve tested them myself ✅

I’ve got over 8 years of experience coaching clients and perfecting my methods (as the 100’s of testimonials will show🤩👏🥳)

📖 AND, I’ve spent over 30k on the qualifications and certs you need to understand the clinical side of binging 🧠

Most of my clients have completely stopped binge eating after week 6, some even after our first call 📞

So yeah, I know this works.
I know you’re scared.
But believe me, I will not let you fail.
This program was designed for the woman who ‘tried it all’ - this is your last stop in your end-binge-eating journey 🚀

I know a lot of people won’t agree with me (especially other “binge eating/food freedom” coaches), and that’s okay. But this is what works for me and for my clients 🩷 taken in Marina Walk, Dubai Marina by @elingranstrand

“Wait… so not everyone thinks about food ALL DAY?” 😅

One of the biggest realizations I had when I started recovering from binge eating was that the constant food noise I experienced wasn’t something I just had to live with forever.

Because I genuinely thought everyone’s brain sounded like mine 😂🤪

What am I having for lunch?
Can I fit chocolate into my calories?
Should I eat now or wait?
I probably shouldn’t have that.
Why am I hungry again?
I’ll be good today.
Maybe I’ll just have one and make up for it tomorrow?

ALL. DAY. LONG🫠🫠🫠

And the more I tried to control my food, restrict, track everything I ate and tell myself to stop thinking about it ⬇️

the louder the food noise seemed to get😣

The amount of times I had to pour dishwashing liquid or coffee grind on the treats I threw away to stop me from eating them is embarrassing 😶‍🌫️😶‍🌫️😶‍🌫️

What I eventually realised was that instead of constantly trying to shut the thoughts down, I needed to understand WHY my brain was so obsessed with food in the first place.

Was I physically hungry?

Was I restricting?

Was I stressed or overwhelmed?

Was I looking for dopamine?

Was I trying to escape a feeling?

Was food the one exciting thing I had to look forward to?

Because food noise isn’t always just about FOOD.

And once you start understanding what’s actually driving yours, you can start changing the patterns underneath it rather than spending your entire day telling yourself to not think about food🫠

Nine years binge-free and food no longer takes up 90% of my brain space. And THAT freedom is honestly one of my favourite parts of recovery🥹💗

If your brain sounds like the examples above, you’re exactly who I make my content for and I’m so glad you found my page🩷

In this episode I share the exact steps you need to take to use MANIFESTATION to stop binge eating.

So many of you are stuck because of unconscious beliefs - you’re not even aware of what you say to yourself on a daily basis.

Carl Jung’s (the “father” of shadow work) says that “Until you make the unconscious conscious, it will direct your life and you will call it fate.” And this is why you’re stuck!!

You need to understand why you’re binging (WAY beyond “willpower”) and start to heal it at the root cause.

I used to turn my mid afternoon snacks into a full-blown binge 🫠

I’d tell myself I was just having “something little” before the gym…

And then suddenly the pantry door would open.

🤪A handful of cereal.
🤪A few more rice cakes.
🤪A spoonful of yoghurt

And before I knew it, I had finished a whole jar of peanut butter 😅

I didn’t do this because I was physically hungry, I did it because food had become the thing I used to soothe myself in that little pocket of time between snack and gym.

And for YEARS, I thought the problem was that I needed more willpower.

It wasn’t.

👉What finally helped me get my power back was learning how to regulate my nervous system before the binge spiral took over.

Because the binge doesn’t come out of nowhere (even though it feels like a habit).

There’s usually a moment between feeling the urge and acting on it - and THAT is the moment I had to learn how to get better at.

Instead of automatically reaching for food, I learned how to pause, understand what I was actually needing in that moment and respond differently.

And the more I practised that, the less food needed to be my automatic answer. 💗

SILVER SPONSOR @the.empoweredwoman dropping you some tips⬇️

You’ve just stepped off stage after months of prep.
Backstage, you’re surrounded by all the post-show treats you’ve been dreaming about.

You “should” be enjoying them.

But instead, you’re barely tasting anything. You’re just shoveling it in.

One part of you is thinking:
“I shouldn’t be eating this. I’m a bodybuilder.”

The other:
“Fuck it. I’ve dieted for SO long. I deserve this.”

Then you get home.... and it continues (beyond the post comp dinner).

Rice cakes. Cereal. Anything you can find.

Suddenly it’s 1am and you’re messaging your coach:
“I binged. What is wrong with me?”

And suddenly, that one night turns into days or weeks.
I see this SO much in bodybuilding.
After months of dieting, hunger, food noise, fatigue and the emotional come-down from prep can all hit at once.

But you don’t have to wait until you’re months into a binge-restrict cycle to get help.

If the food noise is already getting louder or you’ve got a Notes list of everything you want to eat after your show,
Start working on your relationship with food before you step off stage.
