Thailand dag 8

SILVER SPONSOR @the.empoweredwoman dropping you some tips⬇️

You’ve just stepped off stage after months of prep.
Backstage, you’re surrounded by all the post-show treats you’ve been dreaming about.

You “should” be enjoying them.

But instead, you’re barely tasting anything. You’re just shoveling it in.

One part of you is thinking:
“I shouldn’t be eating this. I’m a bodybuilder.”

The other:
“Fuck it. I’ve dieted for SO long. I deserve this.”

Then you get home.... and it continues (beyond the post comp dinner).

Rice cakes. Cereal. Anything you can find.

Suddenly it’s 1am and you’re messaging your coach:
“I binged. What is wrong with me?”

And suddenly, that one night turns into days or weeks.
I see this SO much in bodybuilding.
After months of dieting, hunger, food noise, fatigue and the emotional come-down from prep can all hit at once.

But you don’t have to wait until you’re months into a binge-restrict cycle to get help.

If the food noise is already getting louder or you’ve got a Notes list of everything you want to eat after your show,
Start working on your relationship with food before you step off stage.

DM @elingranstrand “PREP” for more info
Ps only TWO 1:1 spots left so get in quick - start now or secure to start after your show!

Might be too much for you, but I’m just enough for me.

FMG THAILAND SILVER SPONSOR @the.empoweredwoman ⬇️

Most competitors think they’re “fine” until they’re 5,000 calories deep into yet another box of donuts. But the red flags are usually there long before the first binge happens.

Are you seeing these 5 red flags?

🚩The Food Scan: You’re obsessively scrolling food reels and planning your next “treat” days in advance. Your brain is already chasing the dopamine.

🚩 The Identity Trap: Bodybuilding is your entire world. You’ve ignored 87 unread messages because if it’s not about the gym or the stage, you don’t have the capacity for it. You’ve isolated yourself in the “prep bubble.”

🚩The Comparison Spiral: You’re beating yourself up for not being “perfect” or the best athlete on the team. Coach didn’t repost your story? Your whole world crumbles and you start doubting yourself immediately.

🚩The Missing System: You have zero plan for how to handle nervous system dysregulation or reset your dopamine levels post-show. You’re just “winging it” and hoping your willpower holds up.

🚩The “One Last Push” Mentality: You’re counting down to all the foods you’ll finally be allowed to eat after your show. You’ve put food on a pedestal and turned the end of prep into a free-for-all.

If you’re seeing these signs, the worst thing you can do is “try harder” on your own. You need a system to regulate your nervous system and rewire your brain before the rebound takes over.

Msg @elingranstrand and let me work with you and your prep coach to make sure you avoid the post-show binge cycle.

FMG THAILAND SILVER SPONSOR @the.empoweredwoman

Getting help for binge eating doesn’t make you weak.
It means you’re finally done pretending you can fix this with more discipline.

If “trying harder” worked, you wouldn’t still be dealing with food noise.

You’ve already proven you can be disciplined.
You’ve done prep.
You’ve followed the plan.
You’ve pushed harder than most people ever will.
And yet, you can’t stop thinking about food.
That’s not a discipline problem.
That’s a pattern your brain has learned.
And the more you shame yourself for it, the worse it gets.

Because shame is what keeps the cycle going:
Restrict → think about food → binge → feel guilty → repeat

So no, you don’t need to “get stricter”

You need a different approach.

You hire a coach for your training.

You follow a plan for your physique.

So why are you trying to “figure out” your relationship with food on your own?

This is the part that determines:
• whether you actually enjoy your off-season whether you stop the binge/restrict cycle
• whether your next prep is easier - or harder (and longer)
Real strength isn’t doing it yourself.

It’s admitting your current way isn’t working - and doing something different.

If you want to actually fix the food noise for good this season (not just manage it), now is the time.

DM me or comment “FM” and we’ll chat about how I help girls like you feel in control around food again - without relying on willpower.
