VERY excited to be popping up on @absoluteradiocountry a bit more of a weekend! 💜

NEW SHOW STARTING SUNDAY NIGHTS FROM 7PM 🕖📻

Country music for whatever the mood is. Prepping everything ready for the start of a new week? Winding down after a busy weekend? I’ve got you. 7-10pm before the Front Porch. The biggest and best country tunes around 🔥

And if that wasn’t enough, I’ve got the glorious @mirandalambert on my show this Saturday morning after 11 talking about her new album CRISCO 💿🎶🪩 which is quite literally the most gorgeous warm hug you could want as the seasons change. It’s an absolutely brilliant body of work. I can’t wait to chat more about it! 🤩

See ya this weekend babs! 👋

OMG. WHAT. A. NIGHT. 🤩

I’m sure I’ll come back down to earth in a few hours but for now WOW. Just wow. Birmingham put on one hell of a show last night & I’m so honoured that I got to play just a small part in it.

Some of my highlights included:

🎶 Watching my incredible choir Anthem Voices sing their hearts out (and even get some tele time during the national anthem!) They behaved nothing short of professional the whole way through this experience and I’m so proud of what they’ve achieved in the last few months. Their hard work and graft is a credit to each & everyone one of them.

🎶 Welcoming the Royal Family @clarencehouse to the stadium was a MOMENT. My god. Terrifying but also A MOMENT.

🌈 Welcoming the final baton bearers to the stadium. Their causes were so important and hearing the NHS get the bloody cheer it deserved was just spine tingling! I’m also humbled that I got to introduce the wonderful @tomdaley who I absolutely adore but even more so after running in support of LGBT+ athletes. 35 countries out of 72 STILL make homosexuality illegal 🤯 Toms entrance was an incredibly moving moment & hopefully a statement that will start to build change for all LGBT+ athletes around the world.

🔥 THE BULL! Need I say more?

Birmingham you did us proud bab! The best opening ceremony EVER. Will never forget this amazing experience ❤️

Woke up and chose gratitude 🙏✨

Love my job and everything that it entails! Sometimes I look in my diary and laugh because it’s so completely bonkers but I wouldn’t have it any other way 🥹

Here’s how my Monday’s looking. And I still got time for Botox & bedtime later. RESULT 😂💪

All the best team. Have a great Monday! 🙌

Another gorgeous night at the @royalalberthall for the epic 10th anniversary Magic At The Musicals 💙✨🎭

It was such a special show. With standout performances from the likes of @carriehopefletcher , @simonlipkin , @rebeccamtrehearn & Bonnie Langford in the splits (always!) - the whole concert was a complete JOY. So many highlights but the cast of The Lion King, Hamilton & Titanique were a few of my particular faves! The orchestra, vocals & harmonies that filled the RAH last night were truly something to behold. I felt so grateful to be in the presence of such immense West End talent! 🌟

Special mention must go to the incredible @mountviewldn choir. The opening of act 2 was really quite something! The future is bright with this lot on the rise 🔥

Great to see the @magicfm family & finally grab a team selfie with my gorge musicals team! Playing you the best variety of stage and screen throughout your weekday. Not given us a listen yet? Get yourself involved! I’m back tomorrow from 1pm on the No Repeat Workday 📻
