Thank you for the support @joerogan. I’m glad the rollers were able to assist in your recovery. Sadly, they are no longer available, but they were the best rollers on the market. #EliteFlexibility #m80roller #jiujitsu #mma #ufc #stretching #stretch #flexible #flexibility #physicaltherapy #mobility #yoga #workout #fitness #gymnastics #gym #orangecounty #losangeles #recovery #bjj #joerogan #jre #foamrolling #bowhunter #archery by @eliteflexibility

#tbt This was taken right before I attempted to shoot a snow hare over the left shoulder of my guide while he hauls @$$ through the Astana wilderness. As I shoot, he takes shells from his vest and hands them back, never slowing down on his pursuit. I love Kazakhstan. #EliteFlexibility #Kazakhstan #hunting #hunt #rabbithunting #jiujitsu #mma #ufc #stretching #stretch #flexible #snow #physicaltherapy #mobility #yoga #crossfit #workout #fitness #gymnastics #gym #orangecounty #losangeles #strong #travel #bjj #phalanxfamily #ironlionsoap #guns #astana taken in Astana, Kazakhstan by @eliteflexibility

What did I just watch? Also, are the man’s legs supposed to be crossed like that while you pull on his head? In 15 years, no one has cried on my table from an emotional hip release 😂 Maybe I’m not charging enough to achieve these results #wtf #psychosomatic #magic by @eliteflexibility

“Hey Rob, will you stay after fight practice and be my uke for this instructional DVD? It’s going to be on Catch Wrestling and punishing rides with @askcoachjake.”
“No problem. How bad could it be?”

A little over 2 months to go before I’m back hunting in the beautiful state of Oklahoma. I’ve settled on the Hoyt RX8 Ultra and the @beast_broadheads COC. The hog activity is definitely picking up and the bucks are starting to move. Even the raccoons are running an illegal Fight Club. If anyone has a Mathews lowpro quiver they’d like to sell, send me a message! I might just send over my Mathews, as well….just in case 😎 #hoyt #mathewsarchery #oklahoma #bowhunting #bowhunter taken in Oklahoma by @eliteflexibility

Well, the season ended with a ridiculously hard week of hunting in freezing Oklahoma weather. My body is still an absolute wreck, but it was an amazing experience with a lot of firsts and newly acquired skills. A was lucky enough to meet many strangers who showed me an enormous amount of generosity and let me hunt their private land with a simple conversation and a handshake. There are too many details to cover, but I was able to procure a big doe for this year. I shot her at around 32 yards and she only went about 80 yards before expiring. The snow was so heavy that the blood trail disappeared and I even lost my arrow with a glowing red nock in the powder. Dragging a doe 80 yards through fresh powder and under a barbwire fence was much more difficult than expected lol. This was the first animal I’ve processed on my own, so it’s something I will never forget.
I was also able to spot and stalk 2 hogs. Unfortunately, they were never recovered. But the last day I was lucky to shoot two hogs with one arrow.
And I can’t forget to thank Daniel and Zach for taking me out for a latenight coyote hunt. 1 shot, 1 kill at 100 yards. Thank you gentlemen for an incredible hunt. Until next season Oklahoma. #EliteFlexibility #jiujitsu #mma #ufc #stretching #stretch #flexible #flexibility #physicaltherapy #mobility #wrestling #workout #fitness #gymnastics #gym #orangecounty #losangeles #recovery #bjj #archery #bowhunter #hunter #oklahoma #oklahomahunting by @eliteflexibility

I want to give a big shout out to @jeffreythedriver for always taking care of me in Las Vegas, Reno and Lake Tahoe since 2022’s Canelo vs GGG fight. If you’re in NV and need security detail, this is the guy. #EliteFlexibility #jiujitsu #mma #ufc #stretching #stretch #flexible #flexibility #physicaltherapy #mobility #yoga #workout #fitness #gymnastics #gym #privatesecuritycompany #lasvegas #recovery #bjj by @eliteflexibility

In 2017 I had my first knee surgery that left me stuck in bed for 2 months, keeping my knee straight and non-weight bearing. It totally sucked. But I found myself obsessed with archery/bow hunting and watched @cameronrhanes @joerogan @nockontv @bowmarbowhunting @adam.greentree and @remiwarren for the majority of those 8 weeks. The idea of harvesting my own meat became very appealing and you all know I use my Traeger 3-4 days a week lol. Today was the day that I finally had a chance to fulfill a lifelong dream and bow hunt for the first time. Thanks to @lou_tang77 (I truly appreciate your kindness), I was able to hunt outside of Austin and I bagged this 4x4 at 32 yards in the rain. He didn’t go farther than 20 yards before he expired quickly. Thank you to all the people who made this possible and I still have 4 more days and 4 more tags. Thank you to this beautiful animal who made a sacrifice that I will not take in vain. I will eat every last piece of meat respectfully. #EliteFlexibility #jiujitsu #mma #ufc #stretching #stretch #flexible #flexibility #texas #bowseason #physicaltherapy #mobility #yoga #workout #fitness #gymnastics #gym #orangecounty #austin #recovery #bjj #hoyt #hunting #deerhunter #whitetail #ocarchery #justhunt by @eliteflexibility

A big thanks to @shauntopper for starting my full backpiece with two coverups. Can you believe he did this huge cobra in less than 3 hours?
