Last Weeks Lifts and Fits🌲🐉💖🌸🦕🐻🪁👽🍑

Felt strong that week and Hit some PRs😤❤️‍🔥
I finally got past 50lbs on DB Sumo Squats. 55lbs for 8reps.😄
I was able to control, DB Lateral Raise To Front Raise better and with more weight.💪🏼
Tried out lifting grips and those helped me pull more weight. My grip sucks and my hands get sweaty.😆

Overall a really good workout week.💖🤩
