I’ve always had an absolutely TERRIBLE time sleeping… but lately? I’ve been sleeping like a fucking baby. 😴💀

This has become my current nighttime stack:

🌙 Steel Asylum Sleep Formula
• Valerian Extract
• Chamomile Extract
• GABA
• L-Tryptophan
• Lemon Balm
• Passion Flower
• 2mg Melatonin

🌿 Steel Asylum Ashwagandha
• 650mg Organic Ashwagandha Root
• 5mg Organic Black Pepper

I’ve been taking these before bed as part of my nightly routine, and personally, the difference in how relaxed I feel going into the night has been huge.

And if you train hard, you already know — recovery doesn’t stop when you leave the gym.

Training matters.
Nutrition matters.
But you NEED to respect your recovery too. 💤

For me, this stack has become one of those things I genuinely look forward to taking before bed.

Recover. Reset. Return to the Asylum. 🖤

I’ve sold pre-workout for years, and this is one thing I wish more people paid attention to.

A bright color doesn’t mean a better formula.

INSANITY is made without artificial dyes or artificial flavors because I’d rather put the focus on what actually matters inside the scoop — pumps, performance, focus, and energy.

Don’t buy your pre-workout based on how crazy the water looks.

Read the label. Know what you’re taking.

Your female body type...but this time it's real!

Well, the best real interpretation.

Based on real people + few made up variations at the end. Some models preferred to stay anonymous.

Thank you all that participated in this fun study and I shall see you in the next one :)

⭐️Stand tall with feet shoulder-width apart and toes slightly turned out. Brace your core, keep your chest up, and push your hips back as you bend your knees, lowering down like you’re sitting into a chair. Keep your weight in your heels and knees tracking over your toes. Go until your thighs are parallel to the ground, then drive through your heels to stand back up, squeezing your glutes at the top. Day 25/30 of no pushups burpees, Lets Go!

“My world is to be the best version of myself for my family. Learn to be patient and trust the process. I know I will not get times like these when my kids are young but I will get more time with them as long as I put in the effort.”
