Time to hang up the tail 🧶

On Sunday we closed the 40th Anniversary Tour of Cats the Musical in Australia.
Being part of this show has been one of the wildest, most beautiful journeys of my life.

I walked into this process honestly scared of my own voice. Unsure if I was “ready,” unsure if I was enough and I was met with an outstanding amount of support and love from everyone around me as I found myself. I’m so insanely proud of how far I’ve come since those first rehearsal days and what felt terrifying now feels so empowering.

I’ll forever remember that feeling of doing the final Jellicle Ball of the week, legs burning, knees holding on for dear life and sweat dripping in the eyes. BUT what an absolute privilege it is to be exhausted by the thing you love most and gosh I really do love that show.

Will miss being a little gremlin kitty alongside some of the most beautiful and amazing friends that I will cherish for life 🤍 by @ellakfitzpatrick
