When the marketing budget is small but the Pilates obsession is HIGH. 😂

Has the Pilates bug hooked you yet?

We’re out here doing whatever it takes to get you through the door…

Luckily, once you’re in, the Reformer does the convincing. 😉

Tag someone who needs a little Pilates persuasion.

Ready to try it? Book your first class and join the Compass Crew. 🧭

If you’ve been watching for a while thinking “I’d actually love to try Reformer”… but something keeps stopping you this is for you 🤎 Our beginners course is back 🤎

Maybe you’re worried you won’t know what you’re doing.
Maybe you don’t feel fit or flexy enough.
Or maybe walking into a studio when you’ve never done it before just feels a little scary.

Honestly, just come and give it a go! We understand! And you never know unless you give it a try!
You’re not expected to know anything before you walk through our doors. That’s what WE are here for.

No screens. No trying to figure it all out on your own.

Just real humans teaching you, helping you and guiding you every step of the way.

We’ll teach you how to use the Reformer, help you understand the movements and build your confidence as you go.

And those machines that look a little scary 😂… trust us, they won’t for long.

Our next 4 Week Beginners Course starts Wednesday 14 October at 5:30pm.
All beginners!!! All never been on reformer! Everyone starting together!

You don’t need to get ready before you start.
Starting is what gets you ready. 🤎

Send this to the person you know is needing this in their life!
Book via the link in our bio #centralcoastmums #centralcoast

Because apparently “wait until after class” was simply not an option. ☕️

We’re all for listening to your body…

Especially when your body is asking for coffee.

Tag your fellow coffee addict who would absolutely do this. 😂

Do you enjoy your coffee BEFORE, AFTER or DURING class like us - tell us in the comments 👇

Add this to the list of things from the 2025–26 aussie cats tour that made me very happy: the moment I realised that we technically had a jemima/tugger split track! (Mid January 2026.)

Yes, Tugger can cause hilarity and riot by flirting with Victoria and it's beautiful (damn boy you just gonna do that right in front of both of your DCs?). But this is also an extension of Des Flanagan being such a very present and involved Tugger - especially in act II, where Tuggers often get exiled to chill on the tyre or the pipe - so I love that in this production Tugger (or Des' Tugger, I never caught anybody else's so I don't know whether this was a director or actor choice) gets to just be right up there in Skimble and Gus' numbers and just feel like he's an excited and integral part of the community.

Cast! Des as Tugger obviously, Tom Davis as Skimble, Jarrod Draper as Munk, Dominique Hamilton covering Demeter, Jake O'Brien as Mungojerrie, Ella Fitzpatrick covering Vic. Tantomile and Jemima are cut. For the rest:

Edward Smith as Admetus, Rania Potaka-Osborne as Alonzo, Todd McKenney as Gus, Charlie Follows as BB, Mia Dabkowski-Chandler as Bomba, Guy Pik as Carbuckety, Thalia Smith covering Cass, Josh Gordon as Cori, Mark Vincent as Deut, Lucy Maunder covering Griz and therefore Aimee Jones covering Jelly, Leigh Archer as Jenny, Xavier Pellin covering their classic role of Misto, Savannah Lind as both Rumpelteazer and Jemima.

creative direction and hosting from the last few months

it’s crazy to see the ideas and concepts that live in my head come to life and evolve into a story. So grateful to everyone who helps bring these visions into reality.
