Went a walk through the dunes.

Took a moment to breathe.

The last six months have been my hardest chapter

A continuous battle to get back up off the mat.

A constant feeling of being taken out at the knees.

And my battles are not over. I feel I have a few more rounds before I get a level of peace.

But for now, I let the sand get in my crevices, lick the salt off my lips, and write in my notebook.

More solo dates.

⭐️I snuggled up on the sofa. @lockworkscinemas
👍Ate a cookie bigger than my face @medicinebakery
⭐️And i did a tiny tiny cry at @thehughjackman and those bloody little sheeps 🐑

And i also allowed my nervous system to have a hot minute after an emotionally raw week. Lessons were learnt.

But nothing beats a solo date to bring home that most of the time you are your most prized possession. by @ellenpope
