Yesterday was a special day.

To combine travel, doing something I love, and spending time with a close friend feels so special!

We started with a hypno-meditation and some light breathwork, continued with sound healing, and finished off with a workshop on how to reprogram the subconscious mind and practise self-hypnosis. 🧠🧘‍♀️

Afterwards, we crafted a vision board to stay connected to who we want to be and what we want to create for ourselves. ✍️🎨

Thank you @sohohouseberlin for hosting us and for having me facilitate these workshops. And thank you @echtdufte for gifting these lovely eye pillows! 🤍

Some exciting updates!

📚 I'll be doing a panel talk and book launch event organized by @thegrowthlab__ in December

I'm working on the Amazon print edition so it can soon be ordered from anywhere in the world. 🌍

A big thank you to @innobindingsdnbhd for helping bring the printed version to life in Malaysia. 🙏

Over the past few years working as an international hypnotherapist, I’ve had many events with waitlists, but also events where only three people signed up, events where 60 people showed up, and now this weekend’s event... which will be attended by just my parents. 🤣

The truth is, before you do anything, you never really know which idea will take off and which one won’t.

Just sharing this in case anyone needs to hear this. As we tend to only share the highlights on social media.

What is something you’re working on right now that you’re proud of? 🫶

Got 5 rejections in the meanwhile already 😋✉️

Sharing this as I want to start sharing more about the journey and not only the highlights. 🫶

P.S. Would love to know if you have any independent book store recommendations in Paris, New York, Tokyo or Berlin? 📚😍
