Twelve years ago, Elles @ellesottens and Sara @saradeclercq met in the modelling world.

Today, we’re coming together to explore what it means to expand your outer world while looking after your inner world.

More possibility.
More self-trust.
More capacity to receive the life you’re working so hard to create.

Combining Elles’s work with hypnosis and subconscious beliefs with Sara’s work in breathwork and somatic awareness, we’ve created Made for More: a five-week online journey for women ready to grow without pushing harder.

Every Sunday, 22 November–20 December.
NL: 9:30 – 11:30am
Japan: 16.30 - 18.30pm.

Curious?

Send us MORE and we will share the details.

One day in Amsterdam with beautiful @ellesottens 🤍

Some things are served. Others are experienced. At NIA, we believe wellness is the new luxury.

Not because it’s extravagant, but because choosing yourself has become the rarest form of luxury. A quiet moment. A conscious choice. A Matcha Coconut Ball made with ingredients from the earth nothing artificial, nothing unnecessary.

NIA
Made with Intention. Powered by Nature. #matcha #pilates #yoga #nourishingtreats #coconut

The most beautiful thing about building NIA is that it rarely feels like work.

It’s the early mornings. The behind-the-scenes moments no one sees.
The small details that quietly come together before the doors open.

And then, suddenly, you’re surrounded by people who inspire you, challenge you, and remind you why creating with intention matters.

Das Refugium Amsterdam edition was exactly that.

A weekend filled with beautiful conversations, meaningful connections, and the reminder that wellness isn’t just what we consume it’s the people we meet, the energy we share, and the moments we choose to be fully present for.

This is what Made with Intention looks like. 🤍

Thank you, David & Samuel, for inviting me as a facilitator last week at @levelsbelow_ 🧘‍♀️ A space to become more attentive, taking shape in Amsterdam.

I can see how much heart you have put into organizing this!

This month, they are hosting two more special events, one this evening and one on the 31st of August (both currently waitlisted).

If you’re in Amsterdam, I really recommend joining the waitlist and checking it out, as spots can sometimes open up if people can’t make it.

Really looking forward to seeing how this space continues to grow and take shape 🧘‍♀️✨

How do you get a group of young, ambitious city dwellers to become more attentive?

That’s the experiment we’re running now.

Four weeks. Four deliberately different formats. Four ways into attention, connection and stillness.

Last week, we got them running in circles. Literally.

This week, we used sound to quiet the noise they carry. Through guided meditation, we explored how sound can become a doorway into stillness.

Next week, we open another door.

Levels Below is still taking shape. Want to join our quest for attention?

Sound Meditation with @ellesottens

Fully booked — but you can still join the waitlist. Link in bio.

Need a moment to reset? Sink into a deep state of rest through the resonant vibrations of Tibetan singing bowls, a practice known to calm the nervous system and invite stillness into the body and mind. This session

incorporates light breathwork exercises and a guided meditation to help you tap into deep, inner clarity. It is recommended that you bring a journal to write down any insights after the session.

Elles Ottens is a TEDx speaker and Rapid Transformational Therapist who guides mental wellbeing events and day retreats across Europe and Asia. She brings together hypnotherapy, Neuro Linguistic Programming and sound healing to help people reconnect with themselves and move forward with more clarity.

See you there.

Two years ago, I saw my future self writing during a meditation. I had no idea what it meant. 🧘‍♀️📝

Until the book title came to me and I started writing.

Two weeks ago I have received the first 50 copies from the printshop 📝😍 - thank you @innobindingsdnbhd !

To be completely honest. I have no idea what I am doing, but I would love to sell this pocket sized gift book that includes guided meditations worldwide.

I didn’t create a whole plan before I began, and I still don’t have one. I’ll just take it one step at a time and learn as I go. 🙈

If you’re not totally sure what to do, but feel a pull towards something creative, may this be your sign to simply begin. 🫶
