Hiii soul fam, it’s been a while 🤍

Here’s what I’ve been up to: this past month, something ignited in me. I’ve been writing. A lot. For myself, and on Substack.

What I didn’t expect was how much it would resonate with others. People are reading my words, feeling seen, feeling understood — and somehow I’ve accidentally built a wonderful little community over there.

Hello soul family.. It’s been a while since I last shared with you, and oh, how I’ve missed our connection. As I celebrate my 28th trip around the sun, I’m awash with gratitude for the journey of growth, healing, and self-discovery I’ve been on. These past years have tested me in ways I never imagined, leading me through the darkest valleys of emotional turmoil and shadow.

It’s been a storm like no other, with waves of pain crashing over me and winds of change whipping at my soul. Yet, amidst the chaos, I’ve clung to a glimmer of hope—the knowledge that breakdowns pave the path to breakthroughs.

I’ve been plunged into the depths of despair, grappling with emotions beyond words. But as the storm begins to soften, I feel the knots in my throat slowly untangling, allowing me to find my voice once more.

The shattered pieces of my old life lay scattered around me, but in their place, I see the fertile ground where I can finally plant the seeds of my dreams. True healing, I’ve come to realize, isn’t about fixing ourselves; it’s about embracing our inherent wholeness, messiness and all.

So here I am, standing before you once again, ready to embrace the messy, beautiful journey of life. Though I may not have all the answers, I know one thing for certain: I am stronger, wiser, and more resilient than ever before.

Thank you, from the depths of my heart, for being a part of this journey with me. Your love, support, and unwavering presence have been my guiding light through the darkest of nights. Together, let’s rise, let’s bloom, and let’s shine our light into the world once more.
