SOLD and RESOLD 🔥 ➡️ $7,495,000 in 2018 ➡️ $10,600,000 in 2023 Through lifestyle changes and careful advisory my client made $3,000,000 NET after keeping this unit for 5 years. this was an agonizing transaction with many roadblocks along the way, but the result was phenomenal. Preconstruction is a great way to multiply in real estate. It provides: •A passive investment- making it one of the easiest assets for people to purchase and profit. •Delayed deposits- preconstruction deposits are paid in stages, not all upfront or within 30-45 days like resale transactions. •Constructed appreciation- developers tend to increase prices as “tiers” of units are sold, so by the time it’s finished prices would’ve appreciated 20%+. All aside from market appreciation. Be aware ⚠️ •Not all projects get delivered •Not all projects make $$ •Some make more than others 📲 DM us to learn which projects are the right ones to invest in and PROTECT your investment 🔥 #BEBOLD — #linaelliotgroup #elliotlee #el #miamirealestate #miamiproperties #miamipreconstructions #miamibeach #miami #luxury #miamiluxuryhomes #miamiluxuryrealestate #miamiwaterfrontliving #miamibeachhomes #miamiwaterfronthomes #MiamiLuxuryCondos #LuxuryLivingMiami #MiamiMansion #MiamiPenthouse #MiamiLuxuryLiving #MiamiLuxuryCondos #LuxuryCondosMiami #MiamiBeachCondos #MiamiWaterfrontCondos #SouthFloridaLuxuryCondos #MiamiPenthouse #MiamiOceanfrontCondos #LuxuryLivingMiami #BrickellCondos #downtownmiamicondos by @elliot.lee__

“Miami is so young.” — Alicia Cervera Lamadrid When someone who has helped shape Miami’s skyline for decades tells you the city is still young, it’s worth paying attention. Alicia Cervera Lamadrid, CEO and Managing Partner of Cervera Real Estate, leads a brokerage with an extraordinary legacy: 70,000+ residences sold. 130+ developments represented. 95+ developers served. Over 50 years shaping South Florida real estate. And yet, her perspective isn’t focused on how far Miami has come. It’s about how much further Miami can go. Miami has evolved from a vacation destination into a global city attracting capital, talent, and ambition from around the world. But the most exciting part of its story is that we’re still writing the early chapters. Experience teaches you to appreciate the past. Vision allows you to see the future. That was one of my favorite perspectives from my conversation with Alicia on Behind the Skyline. 🎙️ Behind the Skyline is about uncovering the ideas, stories, and people shaping the future of Miami. Episode link in bio 🔥 If Miami has accomplished this much in just a few decades, imagine what the next 50 years could look like. What do you think Miami will become? #BehindTheSkyline #AliciaCerveraLamadrid #CerveraRealEstate #MiamiRealEstate #LuxuryRealEstate MiamiDevelopment Leadership Miami by @elliot.lee__
Some things simply cannot be experienced through a presentation. From world-class architecture and timeless design to the craftsmanship and attention to detail behind every element, this trip was a reminder that true luxury isn’t just about what you see, but the thought, passion, and purpose behind it. What started as an appreciation for Ytech’s vision has become an even deeper conviction in what we’re creating in Miami. Grateful to Ytech for an unforgettable experience and the opportunity to learn from some of the best in the world. Inspired by the past. Building for the future. #Ytech #Milan #1428Brickell #75Broadway #MiamiRealEstate by @elliot.lee__
Geopolitical uncertainty is reshaping global investment conversations. Our team is already speaking with funds and international clients reassessing their Middle East exposure and exploring new opportunities. The question isn’t just where capital is leaving. It’s where it moves next. Miami belongs in that conversation. #beextraordinary #GlobalCapital #MiamiRealEstate #FollowTheMoney by @elliot.lee__
“If you’re spending enough time on your craft, you will be successful.” — Chris Wands, $1B+ in career real estate sales Success can look complicated from the outside. But after all the accolades in real estate sales, Chris Wands’ perspective is surprisingly simple: Spend enough time on your craft, and eventually the work speaks for itself. That was one of my favorite takeaways from my conversation with Chris Wands on Behind the Skyline. 🎙️ Episode out now. “Time can be the best negotiator.” — @jonathanmvega Sometimes the best move in a negotiation is knowing when not to make one. We’re conditioned to push. To respond. To counter. To get the deal done. But experience teaches you that patience can create leverage that words cannot. A great insight from my conversation with Jonathan Vega on 🎙️ Behind the Skyline out now on YouTube, Spotify, Apple Podcasts 🔗 in bio. What’s more powerful in a negotiation: the right words or the right timing? #BehindTheSkyline #JonathanVega #Negotiation #LuxuryRealEstate #MiamiRealEstate Leadership RealEstate by @elliot.lee__

“We’re going bigger, and we’re going smaller.” — Alicia Cervera Lamadrid It sounds like a contradiction. But it may be one of the best ways to describe what’s happening in Miami. The skyline is getting bigger. The architecture is getting bolder. The investment is getting more ambitious. Yet luxury itself is becoming more intimate. Fewer residences. More privacy. More personalization. More attention to the individual experience. Growth doesn’t always mean more. Sometimes it means better. That perspective—and many more—made my conversation with Alicia Cervera Lamadrid one I continue to think about. 🎙️ Behind the Skyline tune in now on YouTube Spotify and Apple podcast #BehindTheSkyline #AliciaCervera #MiamiRealEstate #LuxuryRealEstate Miami Leadership NewDevelopment by @elliot.lee__
“To break into luxury, you need to be honest.” -Chris Wands They say fake it till you make it, but longevity is built on something much simpler: Trust. Be honest about the opportunity. Be honest about the challenges. And sometimes, be honest enough to tell a client what they don’t want to hear. Because your reputation isn’t built on one transaction. It’s built on what people say about you after it. I had a great conversation with @chris_wands of Douglas Elliman. Whose career has surpassed $1 billion in sales, about what it really takes to break into, and stay in, the luxury business. 🎙️Full episode with Chris Wands on Behind the Skyline Podcast drops next week on YouTube (link in bio), Spotify, Apple. What matters more in luxury: who you know, what you know, or how much people trust you? #BehindTheSkyline #ChrisWands #LuxuryRealEstate #MiamiRealEstate Leadership RealEstate by @elliot.lee__
