I normally do a little summer recap post at the end of September but this summers been a bit mad. My lovely mum, who you’ll have seen in lots of my videos, was diagnosed with a brain tumour back in June & it feels odd to look back on the summer without acknowledging it. She’s still managed to join me on some foodie fun (of course) but now she’s started Radio and Chemotherapy, I might be posting less recently. As and when we can, we’ll definitely still be enjoying a gorgeous dinner & a glass of wine or two 🥂🥰♥️ by @ells_eatsmanc

They’ve got classics like chicken satay and hoisin spring rolls on the starters 😋 OGs such as, Pad Thai, Szechuan Pork or Japanese Katsu on the mains 🇯🇵 and incredible sides!! @chakalakanq have got a new menu & a stunning terrace you need to visit this week 🌞♥️🤩 they are offering a ‘build your own plate’ deal where you can select two mains, two side & a sauce for £18!!! 🫶🏻 An absolute bargain anyways but it’s even better Mon-Thurs as it’s only £12 😅 we went for the short rib, wings, chicken sosatie & lamb chop 🥩🍗 the money gland sauce is something else 😮‍💨 sides ofc slapped as well, mac n cheese or Chaka laka for me 👏🏼 make sure you visit & soak up all the sun & all the flavours 🤤 by @ells_eatsmanc
