Finally popped down to @ornellas.kitchen to see what all the fuss was about & I am DEFINITELY keeping an eye on their stories for last minute openings 🤤👌🏼

What we ordered:
- Nduja & hot honey arancini 🙌🏼 I really liked this, especially with the hot honey sauce 🍯 but I’ll defo order something different next time!
- Pistachio carbonara 🧀 creamy & sweet! I enjoyed this dish but think I’ll opt for the traditional carbonara next visit 👌🏼
- Minty Lamb shoulder Ragú pappardelle 👩🏻‍🍳💋 OBSESSED with this dish & it’s one I’d defo go back to next time (even though there were about 182673827 dishes I wanted to try)
- Slow cooked Masala beef short rib with creamy Parmesan gnocchi 🫶🏻🥩 HEAVENLY 🫢 I don’t think anything else on the menu could top this but I’m willing to see 🤤 seriously good stuff! Can’t wait to see the new site at @freightislandmcr open soon pasta 🍝

Calling all steak lovers 🥩 get yourself booked into @gartenbar_mcr for their hot stone steak experience for unlimited rump & sirloin for a whole HOUR 😋 you also get unlimited sourdough, Caesar salad and fries 🥗🍟 there are four choices of sauce - Béarnaise, Peppercorn, Garlic and butter and Chimichurri (my fave) prices vary from £45 Sun - Thurs and £50 Fridays and Saturdays! 100% you need to do this 👌🏼

One of our go to spots for a while now & I was blooming BUZZING to get an invite down! As usual, if you’re after cracking smashed patties or a cheeky chicken burger then these guys are for you 🙌🏼😋 they’ve got a few spots now - we visited their flagship down in Salford & always love their food, but people all over Manchester (and even Liverpool now with their Blackstock site) can indulge in one. Maybe tonight, maybe you’ll wait till Friday 👀 either way, I won’t be judging 🙏🏼🍟

There’s a new Sundown series 🌅 starting at @victors_restaurants and they’re debuting with Latin Heat ❤️‍🔥🤩 we popped over last Friday and had a blast! Think gorgeous cocktails & live music in the stunning golden hour 🙌🏼 we had such a dreamy time, check out their website for more information - the next event is Friday 24th of July! Tampopo have got a £16 secret menu on offer 👏🏼 and it’s a great deal! You get a drink (alcoholic options available 🍻), a starter 🥟, a main 🍱 AND a side 🥒all for £16!!! They’ve got classics like chicken satay and hoisin spring rolls on the starters 😋 OGs such as, Pad Thai, Szechuan Pork or Japanese Katsu on the mains 🇯🇵 and incredible sides!! Go for the roasted hispi 🥬 and Kimchi Cucumber 🥒 & you won’t be disappointed 🙏🏼

Don’t sleep on the fresh cucumber & mint lemonade OR the sour cherry appleade 🍒🍏💯

The guys over at Campo have tweaked their offering slightly (YAY) and are now dishing up some Mexican inspired dishes 😍🙏🏼 for the month on May! These dishes will be running alongside some of their campo classics 👌🏼 so you’ll still find some of your old faves as well as new, exciting plates to discover 🌮🍗🥗🌽

New menu @cosyclub_manchester 🥗🥂🫑🍓 spring is (sorta) here in Manchester and @the_cosyclub have got our taste buds talking after sampling some of the new items on their new menu! They’ve got loads on offer, 🤩 with larger plates like hot honey halloumi focaccia and chicken & bacon Caesar salad 🍗 🥓 and smaller dishes such as black pepper & lemon salmon and arancini, there’s something for everyone 🍽️ ALTHOUGH dessert really stole the show, that brûléed caramel miso tart has my heart ♥️

🚨 @hello_oriental_mcr have a new grab n go menu at their Oxford Road site on Circle Square!!! 🫢✨ It’s AMAZING 🤩 we opted for their Bánh Mì, lemongrass chicken summer rolls & the cutest lil avocado & salmon sushi roll 🥑🍣🥹 the peanut satay sauce is a necessity for the summer rolls but LORD those Bánh Mìs were incredible 😮‍💨 we had Char Sui & the slow cooked pork as well - 10/10 get the slow cooked pork & you will be BUZZIN’ with ya self 💅🏼 so many flavours to enjoy & not a bad price at all! Smoothies were also delicious 🤤 the perfect treat in (hopefully) a sunny Manchester 🌞
