100 years in the making - 1.9.25

Way back in 1925, Elmhurst was founded as a family-run NYC dairy. In 2017, we switched to making the cleanest, creamiest & most nutritious plant-based alternatives around. From plant milks to creamers, lattes, and now even sour cream.

Our 100th anniversary celebration starts now, but this is only the beginning — we’ve got so much more in store for you this year!

RED, WHITE & BLUEBERRY POPSICLES 🍓🥥🫐

The easiest way to cool off this holiday weekend! These creamy, dairy-free pops are bursting with fresh berries and made with Elmhurst Coconut Cashew Milk for the perfect summer treat.☀️

Ingredients:
• 2 cups Elmhurst Coconut Cashew Milk
• 1/3 cup dairy-free yogurt
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• 2 cups mixed berries, divided
• Maple syrup, to taste

Directions:
• Mix together the milk, yogurt, vanilla, and maple syrup.
• Fill popsicle molds halfway with berries, then pour in the milk mixture until about ¾ full. Tap gently to remove air bubbles.
• Blend the remaining berries with a drizzle of maple syrup and pour the puree over each mold.
• Insert popsicle sticks and freeze for 4+ hours, or until firm and enjoy!

To remove, let the pops sit at room temperature for a few minutes before gently pulling them from the molds.

I’m so happy to have found a protein drink that actually tastes amazing and is made with such clean ingredients @elmhurst1925 ✨ I’ve been drinking these almost daily since they launched. They make it so easy to get in 27 grams of clean protein without sacrificing flavor.

After trying these a few months ago, the @elmhurst1925 Clean Protein shakes have quickly become my go-to 🤍 As a plant-based health coach, I’ve tried so many protein drinks over the years, and I was absolutely blown away by how creamy and delicious these are while still having 27g of plant protein and such simple ingredients.

The pistachio creme flavor is my personal favorite, but the salted chocolate literally tastes like chocolate milk, the strawberries & cream is SO creamy, and the vanilla is just the perfect classic vanilla flavor. Honestly, you really can’t go wrong with any of them.

I picked up all four flavors from @sprouts and have been loving them post-workout or anytime I want an easy way to get in more protein ✨ You need to try these!!

Earth Day Smoothie Recipe:

- 1 Frozen Banana
- 1/4 Cup Frozen Mango
- 1 Scoop Vanilla Protein
- 1 Scoop Blue Spirulina

Blend all ingredients until smooth, line glass with a little coconut yogurt & blue spirulina, pour in your smoothie and enjoy!
