POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

Get ready for a long one 😅 because there’s a lot of gratitude to fit into this post…

A few months ago, I gave myself what felt like a pretty crazy goal: run my first marathon and aim big — a 3:20 Boston Qualifying time. Did I actually think it was going to happen? Not really 😂 But… go big or go home, right?

And somehow, yesterday I ran a 3:06:44 marathon. 🥹

Still trying to wrap my head around that one.

A HUGE thank you to @lindseyclayton23 @amber_rees @bravebodyproject, the most incredible coaches I could have asked for. It’s cliché to say I couldn’t have done this without you, but it’s also completely true. Your knowledge, guidance, support, and belief in me got me to this starting line — and across that finish line. I’m so incredibly grateful for you both. You are truly the absolute best. 💙

And to my incredible friends @vickmerms @stefanie303 @treyspiece — thank you doesn’t even begin to cover it. The way you showed up for me this weekend, supported me, took care of me, cheered me on, and made this whole weekend happen… I genuinely cannot express how much it means to me. I absolutely would not have been able to make this weekend happen without you. And Vicki, thank you for capturing so much of it — these memories mean everything. 🥹🫶🏼

And a huge thank you to everyone who took the time to record a voice memo to cheer me on from afar. Those messages genuinely carried me through the miles and all the way to the finish line. So incredibly grateful for all the love and support. 💙

Feeling very, very lucky. And pretty proud.

First marathon. 3:06.

HYROX DC Dream Team 🖤

We came for the good vibes, the laughs, the chaos and a fun weekend together… and somehow ended up on the podium 😂🥉

Proof that sometimes the best things happen when you’re not taking it too seriously! Good vibes and great friends really do take you places ✨

Swipe for a lotttt of smiles and AI-generated versions of us on the podium since we completely missed the awards ceremony 🫣😂

Finally taking the time to share a little something from the @bdcnyc Students Showcase 🥺✨

Watching this piece come to life has been such a rewarding journey.

I am incredibly proud of every dancer for their commitment, hard work, and dedication throughout this process. Thank you for showing up week after week with open minds, generous hearts, and a willingness to trust both the process and my vision.

Being a part of your dance journey is truly a gift, and I never take that trust for granted. Each of you brought something unique to this work and helped transform an idea into something real, meaningful, and alive on stage.

Thank you for your artistry, your vulnerability, and the energy you poured into every rehearsal. You all did an amazing job bringing this piece to life, and I couldn’t be prouder of what we created together 💙

A big thank you to @nik_elrifi for capturing those rehearsal moments and @carlosnetodance for the stellar editing 🙏🏼💙
