1 corinthians 3:9
446 medical patients!!

this experience means more to me than i could ever put into words. missions trips & serving continue to put life into perspective. costa rica and the last 9 days especially, reminded me of the provider/person god is calling me to be. medicine is more than routine, more than just prescribing medication. there is an art to listening, encouraging, and being someone’s safe space. a special patient of mine; her “medicine” was taking her hand and praying over her life. you never truly know what someone is going through and how much you can change their life. not just on these trips, but every. single. day.
costa rica you hold such a special place in my heart🇨🇷🩵

thank you so much to everyone who helped this trip come to life. blessing me aided in blessing others. thank you @vidavolunteer for the trip of a lifetime. my work is just getting started!🩺👩‍⚕️ taken in Costa Rica by @elysemaramara
