✨ **18 years of Karasmatic!** ✨

We had the honor of kicking off the day of celebration for **Karasmatic’s 18th anniversary** last weekend! 🤍

Mama Honey led her signature mat class, blending classical and contemporary Pilates. Her favorite thing is to layer you into an advanced classical movement and show you that you probably *actually can* do it. And the best part? Watching nearly the entire class realize… **wow, we really can!** 🔥

We finished the morning with a beautiful **sound bath + Emsculpt session** for all of the mat class attendees.

I have to say, experiencing Emsculpt on my own core was pretty incredible. After carrying three babies, my abdominal separation is an area I’ve always been especially aware of—and it was definitely the spot where I felt the treatment the most!

Sold out event. 56 inspiring bodies. Two businesses rooted in community. One heck of a time.

Honey spent the day with the best group of women at a dreamy location. We might have needed Noah’s arc to get to the event but by the time we were mid flow we had the sun and blue skies. We made rain into lemonade in true Honey form.

We also had the perfect location for our FPM x Honey pop up! Horses and romantic activewear collab…in wine country? Yes please.

Pilates 2025- The year I was invited to become a Master instructor by @thepilatescourse_ and woke up at 4am to put in the work while being postpartum with my third child and running studios. I achieved the honor of earning my title of Master instructor through years of instructing and keeping education in my field a priority. I haven’t announced it until now as I reflect on my year of hard work nobody sees in real time. I’m so thrilled and honored to be with The Pilates Course!
