A little bit more about me 🤍

I know what it feels like to struggle with food, training and confidence and that’s a big part of why I became a PT.

Now I want to help other people feel stronger, more confident and actually enjoy the process.

No extremes. No quick fixes. Just sustainable progress 🤍

Follow the link in my bio or drop me a message for more info on getter started.✨🤍

Why do I coach?

I’ve always shared bits and bobs of what I’ve been through but never the full story.

This is my why.

So no person ever has to feel uncomfortable in their own skin. To create a safe space for people to talk about their struggles. So maybe one person can feel less alone.

I’ll never be a victim of my past. But I will use it to help other people become survivors 🫶🏼✨🖤 by @em.fitz__

Social media is full of people sharing their transformation picture, which is an amazing achievement and that progress should be celebrated.

But what they don’t show is that the journey isn’t always linear. People have set backs, they go back on their progress, they hit barriers that they never thought they’d hit, sometimes they give up for a while.

The one thing they have in common is they’re strong enough to keep going when it gets tough, so here’s a reminder that if you’re going through a tough time or struggling to restart, you’re not alone and you’re capable anything you put your mind too 🖤💪🏼 by @em.fitz__

Your reminder that you don’t build a new version of yourself overnight 🤍

I’m the first one to expect to be a world champion by next week 😂 But literally years separate these two clips.

Years of showing up, being consistent, learning, adapting and trusting a process that doesn’t always give you instant results.

It’s easy to get caught up in where you want to be that you forget to appreciate how far you’ve come.

Be patient with yourself. Progress takes time, but it adds up. 🤍✨

October photo dump🖤✨

I’m the first one to be tough on myself because I’ve got high expectations, but sometimes it’s about stepping back and realising I get to wake up every day to do something I love.

But bodybuilding is just an eating disorder.”

I’ve heard comments like this, and honestly, I think people forget that everyone has their own story.

For me, bodybuilding became part of learning to let go of mine.

After struggling with an eating disorder, I never imagined I’d get to a point where I was okay with gaining weight, eating more, or seeing the number on the scales go up.

Of course, bodybuilding isn’t automatically healthy for everyone, and I’m not saying it’s a cure for an eating disorder. I know how easily the things we love can become unhealthy, too.

But labelling something without knowing someone’s story isn’t fair either.

And now I feel so lucky to be able to use my own experiences to help others through PT, showing them that fitness can be about so much more than how you look. 🫶🏼

Just your friendly reminder that fitness doesn’t need to be complicated 🤍

You don’t need to eat like a fitness influencer, buy every supplement you see or be scared of lifting weights because you think you’ll get “bulky”.

Focus on the basics, find a routine you enjoy and remember that progress takes time. You don’t have to be perfect, you just have to keep going. 🫶🏼

And most importantly, enjoy the process, not just the end goal.

Save this as your reminder for the days you need it ✨

I love this trend 😂👏🏼

I obviously laughed at Rachel for this,
but it actually made me think about how often we all say it.

We want the quick answer. The magic supplement. The thing that’s going to “fix” whatever we think is wrong.

When sometimes the answer is much less exciting…

Move more.
Eat better.
Lift some weights.
Sleep more.
Be consistent.

You don’t need to do everything perfectly — you just need to start looking after the basics.🤍✨

(Ps shout out to my mam for letting me use her as an Instagram post 🤣)

The usual monthly photo dump 🖤🫶🏼 September was a good one ✨

#monthlyphotos #September #gym #photodump #gymlife by @em.fitz__

I used to think the only way to get a more defined physique was to eat less and weigh less.

That’s exactly what I was doing in the first photo, under-eating and doing endless ab exercises, thinking I was doing everything right (the pure gym days lol 🥲)

It took me eating more, fuelling my training and actually focusing on building muscle to get closer to the physique I wanted.

Im no where near where I’d like to be but the biggest change wasn’t just my body.

It was changing the way I thought about food, training and the scales. 🤍

Sometimes you don’t need to get smaller. You need to build✨.

The best part of the journey is looking back and realising you’re not the same person who started it.

It was never just about how I looked. It became about getting stronger, building confidence and becoming someone I’m genuinely proud of.

No perfect journey. No overnight transformation.

Just little wins, consistency and slowly becoming the best version of yourself.

One day you’ll look back and realise the little things were actually the big things. 🖤
