⬆️ LEVEL UP ⬆️

Over the weekend three of our Coaches (Ben, Angel & Eddie) took the @crossfit Level 2 Certificate Course at @crossfitkop with some of the BEST Trainers on the CrossFit Seminar Staff 🥳

Each left praising the course, saying how helpful and great it was, with Coach Ben already putting what he's learned into action at the 930a class yesterday! 👏🏼

IG vs Reality - Coach Eddie Version 😂

CONGRATS to Eddie (aka Edward when he's in trouble) for hitting his 250th class last week (even though it's way more 🙃) 🎉

Our elder of the gym always keeps us laughing and works hard behind the scenes on becoming the best Coach he can be 🛡️
