Violet vs Pru—because these two books might both be cozy romantic fantasy, but they are also very different from one another. (Also can we take a moment and acknowledge how gorgeous these covers look side by side? 😍)

Here's a taste of what to expect from each book.

PRUDENCE MARSH IS NOT A NOBODY ANYMORE is a standalone cozy fantasy romance that takes place in the same world as Violet Thistlewaite. It's about a bard, Pru, who finally leaves her small town to chase her big dream of being a famous musician, and a charming bandit, Callum, who accidentally breaks her violin, implicates her in a robbery, sweeps her up into his plans for a royal heist, and, uh, definitely doesn't fall head over fashionably-booted heels for her along the way. It has:

☀️ Sunshine x sunshine
🧡 Friends to lovers
💰 Bandits
🐎 A road trip
🗝️ A heist
⚔️ So much banter
🫂 Found family
🍻 Aggressively punny tavern names
🎻 Bard x rogue pairing
🪴 Your favorite stabby sentient pothos

📣 The official Pruorder campaign is here!

I'm so thrilled to be partnering with @wanderingbookco for the official preorder campaign for PRUDENCE MARSH IS NOT A NOBODY ANYMORE.

I've got some incredible surprises in the works for this campaign, and I cannot wait to show you the gorgeous art that's coming your way with preorders.

And on top of it all, Wandering Book Co. is offering a 10% off discount if you bundle your order of both Violet and Pru! (Discount applied at checkout, both books will ship together in November.)

Find the link to the official preorder campaign on their website or at the link in my bio.

PRU is a book with heavy elements of travel and found family (among other things), and Wandering Book Co encompasses that spirit of adventure and community here in Colorado. Danni and Nichole, the owners, have been so wonderful to me and Violet, and I'm so excited to show them some love however I can.

She left home to chase her dreams. Instead, she found a band of thieves...

Prudence Marsh has always known she's meant for more than playing violin in her sleepy little town. So, when she hears of an audition to perform at the royal wedding, she knows this is finally it: her chance to become somebody.
