Helllllooo! I have been devouring omegaverse books lately. I feel like there have been so many cozier omegaverse vibes and I am living for it! A few of these have a bit of higher stakes but for the most part felt cozy to me. I also have another post I made that have more omegaverse books that aren’t cozy but that I love!

Have you ever read omegaverse? Do you have any cozy recs to add to my list?!

I picked up Dead Beat from the library last week and I absolutely devoured it. (I also reread the first two books before I dove in!).

Three things about this book/series:
- Alex Stern is probably one of my favorite FMCs of all time
- these books have the best, most thoughtful, and well constructed side characters that I’ve EVER read
- the Yale campus setting is so beautifully captured I felt like I was there and that’s coming from someone who doesn’t picture things in their brain

These books have a bit more horror in them than I’m used to but I think most people, especially fantasy lovers, will love them. Dead Beat was the perfect conclusion to an amazing trilogy! All 3 books are out now so if you pick them up you won’t have any cliff hangers or waiting!

QOTD: last book you picked up from the library?

Looking for your perfect transition to cozy paranormal reads? Well don’t let the title fool you, because I think Summer Coven (and Dead and Breakfast) are just that! They are cozy mysteries that follow two married vampires, Arthur and Salvatore. What more could you want for a relaxed spooky season?

Thank you to @acebookspub & @berkleypub for my the finished copy of Summer Coven! In Summer Coven, Arthur and Salvatore are back and are working cases after solving their first murder mystery at the bed and breakfast! This time they have two cases going and they might be intertwined! I loved the small town charm and COZY mystery that this book was. I loved all the puns and jokes and the MLM witch agency 🤣

TODAY IS A REALLY IMPORTANT DAY FOR ME!!!

The Sixth Faction is out in the world and we all get to return to the land of @veronicaroth brain! You are not going to want to wait! All your favorite characters that gave you all the angsty feelings are back and heading down a new path. This book is, in my opinion, the best to date and really challenges the ideas of fate, choice, and chance. I loved getting to see how a few different decisions either led to the same pivotal moments or very different ones. I loved seeing the dystopian world building grow. I loved everything about this.

My teenage self on tumblr is screaming right now.

Thank you so much to @harperfirebooks @epicreads and the queen herself, Veronica Roth!

Broken Rival by Tessa Bailey
Thank you @avonbooks for the #gifted copy!
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
QOTD: how do you feel about time travel?

I really wasn’t sure what to expect from this one because it was so different from Tessa Baileys usual romcom, but I ate it up. I finished this in a day and I think quickly reading it was the way to go. My biggest complaint was the time travel piece but i didn’t overthink it and just enjoyed the gripping character connections and messy choices of young love!

This book follows Magnolia Brown who is from the future and the daughter of the people who invented time travel. But many people are against it and call travelers takers and are trying to eliminate them. Magnolia has been protected with the family that took her in, but after her boyfriend dies everything changes. And maybe it wasn’t him who she really loved this whole time….

You know what I also loved? It was a standalone. I thought towards end it was just gonna be a cliff hanger, but no it ended and I was happy as can be!!

Seriously, give this one a try!
