Words will never express my gratitude. I have never felt so much love and support this past year.

Getting to grace the Olympia stage just one year after earning my IFBB Pro Card feels surreal. A dream I once only imagined became a moment I got to live.

Having my entire family there to witness it with me is something I’ll never forget. Looking out and seeing the people who have loved me, believed in me, and supported me through every step made that moment so much more meaningful.

My heart is so full. Forever grateful for this journey and everyone who has been a part of it. This is for you.

To my future wife, my best friend and the woman I get to love for the rest of my life, this is for you.

Today is not the day you become a star. It is the day the world finally realizes you have always been one.

You are not walking onto the Olympia stage today to prove that you belong there. You are walking onto it because you have already earned the right to be there. Nobody handed you this moment, Emily. You earned your place in that lineup, under those lights and beside the best in the world.

Today, I hope you allow yourself to understand how many people you have touched. People you may never meet believe in themselves differently because they watched you believe in what was possible for yourself. You never tried to become an inspiration. You simply stayed true to who you are, poured your heart into what you love and allowed the world to witness it.

Look around today. Every person wearing your name, sending you messages and watching from home feels like a part of them is standing on that stage with you. You are not carrying the weight of their expectations. You are carrying their love, their belief and their energy. Every one of us is behind you. Take that energy with you and let it lift you.

Plenty of people can build incredible physiques. Almost nobody can make an entire room feel something the second they appear. You can. That star quality cannot be coached, purchased or manufactured. No placing can give it to you, and no result can take it away. It is something one in a billion people have, if that. You were born with it.

Do not rush a single second. Listen when they call your name. Feel your feet touch the Olympia stage. Look into those lights. Hear that crowd. Find all of us and realize where you are. Take the mental screenshot. You only experience your first Olympia once.

To some, this looks like the end of the story. Everyone who truly knows you understands the world is only being introduced to you.

You are so deeply loved, appreciated more than you realize, and we are all so fucking proud of you.
