EMCC Global is collaborating with International Coaching Federation (ICF) and the Association for Coaching (AC). We have signed a new framework to pave the way for collaboration focused on artificial intelligence and the future of coaching. This builds on our ongoing work in Artificial Intelligence (AI) to develop shared resources for the coaching profession. Together, the organizations recognize the opportunities AI brings to coaching while emphasizing the importance of client protection, privacy and confidentiality, transparency, appropriate professional boundaries, and accountability for AI use within coaching practice. EMCC Global President Mikko Sorvari said: “I wholeheartedly support this collaboration between AC, EMCC Global, and ICF, which marks an important step forward for our global coaching community. As AI changes the way we learn, work, and connect, our profession must lead with responsible, ethical, and informed practice rather than simply react to change. By combining our expertise and perspectives, we can give coaches, mentors, and supervisors the clarity and confidence they need to use AI wisely. Above all, we remain committed to ensuring that human connection, trust, and meaningful impact stay at the heart of everything coaching stands for”. Mentors, Coaches, Supervisors and Leaders: Join us in Zagreb, Croatia 10-13 May 2026 for the EMCC Global Annual Conference in Zagreb, in partnership with our colleagues in EMCC Adria region. We invite you to explore our conference theme of Beyond the Known: New Ways of Being, Becoming and Leading - a three-day developmental journey: an intentional progression in which we build through listening, experimenting, reflecting and collaborating. Each day deepens the conversation and expands our collective capacity, inviting us to move beyond familiar frameworks and comfortable assumptions. Our keynote speaker on Monday 11 May is Jean-François Cousin – Founding member of the AI Coaching Coalition. Global Executive and Team Coach, Speaker and Author. Chairman, Global Board, International Coaching Federation, 2019 Title: When Expertise Is Not Enough: Who Do We Need to Be as Practitioners Today? In a time of AI, complexity and disruption, expertise alone is insufficient. This keynote explores the ethics and ways of being required of today’s practitioners, highlighting emotional intelligence and the creation of psychological safety. Through reflection and dialogue, participants will integrate inner development with professional practice, strengthening our collective ability to act courageously, ethically and with humanity. His keynote sets the scene for the next few days, an adventure that takes us through a series of panel discussions, labs, keynotes and drop-ins. Registration must end on 27 April 2026, so make sure you book your place now at ac26.emccconference.org #emccconference #coaching #mentoring #supervision by @emcc_global
