This past month has been like a fever dream 💭🦈 I still haven’t gotten over the fact that I work for my favourite company, and don’t think I ever will 🤯 This past month has been incredible, the team are amazing, the campus is unreal, I’m loving every moment of working here, and to think it all started back in 2020 with a set of Vital Seamless to look cute 💁🏼‍♀️ • • • #gymshark #gymshark66 #newjob #fitness #feverdream taken in Birmingham, United Kingdom by @emdelaney_

20 photos for my 28th year ⬇️ 1. Birthday trip with my love @ashfarnworth to Barcelona for my 28th 🎈 2. Skipping some time and we’re in November for my Brothers wedding 🫶🏻 3. @matt.delaney & @delaney.weronika first dance 🥹 4. Started the year by facing a childhood fear. I went snowboarding for the first time in possibly a decade and I went from the top of the slop which I’d convinced myself I couldn’t do as a child. Ridiculous I know 🤣 5. Watching the sunset from my office - I remember being so thankful in this moment for the future ahead 👀 6. Sharing memories with @ashfarnworth and @jordonprice at Mgk 🎶 7. Seeing the Utilita arena for the first time and feeling that spark id feel as a teen. This concert brought back my love for live music 💕 8. Mgk performing live was something Ash and I have wanted to do for awhile, he did not disappoint 🚬 9. @calderacandles.uk A brand I have been working on in the background this past year. This is something I have kept to myself and my small circle. Caldera has taught me so much this past year, the main thing is to never doubt yourself. In May I applied for and was accepted by The Kings Trust to join their Kings Trust Enterprise Program. 👀 10. With the rising temperatures my workshop became a bee sanctuary, I cannot count the number of bee’s that I’ve helped this year. 11. My @kaliicatt as beautiful as ever. I’m forever grateful to have her by my side always.🩵 12. This photo marks the moment I let my alternative side back out. Sorry mum it was never a phase 🤪 13. What a man. Yungblud’s first time back in Birmingham since Ozzy passed. Hearing him sing Changes live was incredible 🦇 14. Getting to experience our first Yungblud concert @chloebrownsell 🫶🏻 15. @marni_coathup Marni B turned Marni C 🥰 16. A beautiful day celebrating both @marni_coathup & @tomosc91 17. My 🌍 18. Got to watch @chloebrownsell get back on stage for the first time in four years and she smashed it 🏆 & she just won the overall & turned pro at her second show back 🤯 19. Celebrating my loves 30th Birthday @ashfarnworth 20. I GOT A JOB AT FUCKING GYMSHARK 🦈 28 has been good to me. Let’s see what 29 brings 👏🏻 by @emdelaney_

YUNGBLUD 2026 🖤 Seeing Yungblud live was a big deal for me. His music has helped me through some dark times, but it was also the first time I’ve stepped into an environment like this in over 10 years. I’m not going to sugarcoat it: navigating a crowd that size when your brain processes every sound and movement at max volume is exhausting. There were moments where the sensory overwhelm felt like it might swallow me whole🤣, but I’m proving to myself that I can exist in these spaces on my own terms. It’s a process of learning to work with my neurodivergence and honoring my limits, rather than just isolating myself for having them. I am so grateful to the people who stood by me, helping me regulate and safely push my boundaries. Thank you for helping me find my way back to the things I love❤️ @yungblud you were amazing! - #YUNGBLUD #IdolsTheWorldTour #ActuallyAutistic #Neurodivergent #SensoryOverload by @emdelaney_
