One for the most incredible support system🩷

To my parents: Thank you for supporting my goals day in and day out, and not just when it’s show day. Even when you don’t fully understand why I have to do certain things, your unconditional belief and encouragement means everything.

To my coach: Thank you for successfully navigating probably the most complex physiology and nervous system on the planet. We did it, despite the odds😉

To my clients and friends: Thank you for being my absolute biggest cheerleaders. It still baffles me that you’re willing to travel hours just to watch me for 10 minutes on stage—hearing your screams and ‘wahooos’ in my stage videos makes me smile every single time I replay them🤣

I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better circle around me as I achieved my dream🥹💭

To everyone who couldn’t make it in person, I appreciate your messages and support just as much🩷

Took me a little longer than planned to post these because I was straight back into prep mode the very next day!🤣 We are 17 days out from show number 2, with the goal to bring a sharper package and have some fun!

Still on cloud nine—and I’ve actually been asked to do an interview for a North Wales newspaper about my journey. Absolute madness🥹

Before I drop a show day photo dump, a few thank-yous are in order…

First, to everyone who came to cheer me on: your support meant more than you’ll ever know🩷

I’m not afraid to be vulnerable on here. I do struggle immensely with imposter syndrome, self doubt and never feeling “good enough”—which is a huge reason I hid my prep.

The people in these photos all knew and supported me through the process: my parents, my coach, my friends, some of my amazing clients🫶

I’d be lying if I said I wasn’t anxious about stepping on stage in front of you all. I was terrified of embarrassing myself or letting everyone down.

But honestly? Before I even found out I won my class, all that anxiety vanished. Hearing you all scream my name made me realise you were already proud, regardless of the outcome.

You all saw my dad get emotional during my posing routine, but he told me after that it wasn’t just from watching me up there—it was hearing a whole crowd roar for his daughter🥹 Honestly, this shifted something inside me.

My heart feels so incredibly full right now. I love you guys more than words can say✨

🍹Rarely drinking alcohol: I don’t need it to have a good time, and I much prefer feeling in control of my mind and body.

💪🏽Choosing muscle over ‘skinny’: Even when society shifts back to old trends, I choose to be strong, toned, and muscular. Anorexia already stole 8 years from me.

❤️Having high standards: Protecting myself in relationships and friendships isn’t being “difficult”—it’s a requirement after years of being taken advantage of by people who only knew how to take.

🫶Forming friendships with my clients: Building real, vulnerable rapport makes our work together so much more powerful and fulfilling.

🔋Needing regular time alone: As an AuDHD individual, intentional alone time isn’t a luxury—it’s essential for me to regulate my nervous system and avoid burnout.

❌Saying ‘NO’: A complete sentence that doesn’t require an explanation or justification

🎀Liking pink: 🙄🙄🙄

Growth means accepting that you might be “too much” or “too different” for some people.

Let them judge.

(They’ll do it regardless)

YUNGBLUD 2026 🖤

Seeing Yungblud live was a big deal for me. His music has helped me through some dark times, but it was also the first time I’ve stepped into an environment like this in over 10 years.

I’m not going to sugarcoat it: navigating a crowd that size when your brain processes every sound and movement at max volume is exhausting. There were moments where the sensory overwhelm felt like it might swallow me whole🤣, but I’m proving to myself that I can exist in these spaces on my own terms.

It’s a process of learning to work with my neurodivergence and honoring my limits, rather than just isolating myself for having them.

I am so grateful to the people who stood by me, helping me regulate and safely push my boundaries. Thank you for helping me find my way back to the things I love❤️

Setting up my close friend @emdelaney_ as a client today really has me in my feels🥺 (so obvs I’m posting about it)

This photo was taken back in 2021 at the end of my first competitive season.

All my friends and family had bailed on me last minute & I went to this show completely alone, that was until Em dropped everything to show up for me last minute!

👩‍💻I was about 1 month into coaching as a side hustle at this point & I remember saying to Em that I was going to make it my full time career one day…

Little did I know that I’d manage to do so within 18 months🙈

I don’t usually coach friends or family (because they low key take the piss), but Em has watched me build my business right from the bottom, so her trusting me to coach her is actually quite the honour!💜 & I know she’ll do the work.

Em has supported me every step of the way & now I get to show her the service that I’ve built & return the favour🥺

Time to help her change her life too🫶
